Why submit to a subpoena when it's nothing more than a democrat inspired 'witch hunt'?

I agree, the leaker is inconsequential, and I'm not even sure there is one and simply nothing more than Schiff's fairy tale imagination making it up as he goes along.

Why do the democrats insist on hiding this repugnant leaker? Does he/she even exist?

Don't have to honor a congressional subpoena if you believe you have cause. Most of these dolts on OPP don't understand that. If you refuse a congressional subpoena the congress can hold you in contempt. Then if the issuers of said subpoena take their grievance to a court a court can then compel one to honor the subpoena or be found in contempt.

Now that we know Ciaramella is Schiff's g***med whistleblower, isn't it interesting that he is cited in a key passage of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report?

This tells us that Claramella was inside this covert operation well before president Trump's phone call with president Zelensky.

Why on earth would anybody h**e Trump?
He is a model for American manhood, a stable genius, courteous and well mannered and oh so self effacing.

Sucks to be a fervent supporter of a terminal loser who is desperately trying to find the exit. Just like the Carthaginian arriving too late to save the Trumptannic as she slips inexorably under the waves.

Childish attempt to disparage someone. Let's see, terminal loser? Billionaire with no political experience becomes President. Whether you like him or not , that is not the definition of a loser.
So all you have per usual is your biased rather stupid opinions. No facts. Just your overinflated view of your own opinions. Typical liberal. All mouth.

Newsflash, the Ukrainian abuses of power Trump is now under the gun for started months before the perfect phone call, and went on after as administration people tried to cover up and make this go away. The NSC head who problems were reported to by two people Bolton told to report it to, went into the deep cover mode, and the people reporting abuses were told to clam up about these things.

Multiple people have corroborated things Bolton heard and said, it's up to Bolton to either say yes this happened or no this has been made up.

Trump has dozens of examples of how he has done business that makes him a loser.

Money laundering is like dealing drugs, there is huge money in it and little outlay, and trump properties have had their share of t***sactions that make no sense at all unless the money laundering is added to the equation.

Can't prove it because the crook is rather sketchy about his taxes that would prove it at this point, but we'll see at some point.

Believing something has nothing to do with the law, by your standard Trump could do anything he wants if he believes he's right. The law is there to spell out what's legal, and the constitution has no provisions for complying with the power of congress to investigate what they want "unless you believe you have a cause not to".

And actually the real remedy involves the DOJ, congress can hold someone in contempt, at which point the DOJ would go get them and put them in handcuffs and deliver them. But we don't have a DOJ that is acting with the appropriate separation of partisanship from the executive.

Trump is used to, as a private citizen, in tying up courts and wearing them down with BS legal arguments. He is being repeatedly shot down by lower courts that are citing good law, not striking his BS positions because they are partisan. Trump is trying to thwart black and white law with nonsense legal arguments that should embarrass the attorneys trying to make them.

Trump is delaying things right up to the e******n, to where public opinion is going to shape the outcome.
