When you can give us an actual rendition of what is coming out about Trump in the hearings you can talk about side issues that are irrelevant.

I read the article. Who did he ever try to blackmail into investigating his rivals?

He didn't.
The basic gist of the article is that donors who support the winning candidate get policy considerations and ambassadorships. These 'quid pro quo's are part and parcel of the American political system. Mr. Trump, of course, has engaged in the same behavior.
At best, the argument can be made that the system is corrupt. If that were the point of the article, then I could probably agree.
That is not the same as asking foreign powers to interfere in our e******ns (Russia, Ukraine, China, and who know which other countries). The Republicans think they can obfuscate this clear violation of the constitution by throwing all kinds of stuff against the wall to distract from that basic point.
That's just one violation....let's not forget about the disregard for the emoluments clause, or the fact that Trump thinks that he is the government, without any respect for the Congress or Judicial branch.
This president actually thinks he's a king. Which is ironic, given the title of the thread.

You seemingly have amnesia as not to remember Fuhrer Ovommit having Lois "corrupt to the core" Lerner investigating and sicking the IRS on any conservative group with the name Tea Party in it's company name and harassing them with an audit just for thinking about opposing the Fuhrer Ovommit.

He didn't. br br The basic gist of the article is... (
show quote)
It appears that the l*****t judges think they are kings and emperors and throw in the deep state, all intelligence agencies, the unelected appointed bureaucrats, as well as the elitists in the media and the picture becomes quite clear as to who actually thinks they are above the law.

Investigating? Trump and the rest of his team. Also Hannity, Ingraham, Bongino,, about everyone who is uncovering facts that make him look bad, including the B******i families.
He also weaponized the IRS who audited his perceived (some didn't know him but did he care) enemies.
