How about if he pays attention to it's now being called a bribe, a thug shakedown?

But no, he won't even pay attention to what is coming out.

Graham says be has made up his mind its all a bunch of hooey and says he won't even be reading the transcripts that are coming out.

He will be among the Senate Jurors trying the articles of impeachment. How does a regular judge handle a juror who makes such a claim in voir dire in a criminal trial?

He needs to be removed from office, and Barr should be impeached as well, he's toast on trying to bury the original whistleblower report as opposed to sending it through the legally required channels.

How about those on the left having a serious thought about what was actually said in the call. Read the transcript!

Read the what? That "yesterday's news" item has been superseded by first hand testimony of persons who were in on the call.

But that thing you are calling s transcript? On the first page, it said.....

"CAUTION: A Memorandum of a Telephone Conversation.· (TELCON) is not a verbatim transcript of a
discussion. The text in this document records the notes and recollections of Situation Room Duty
"Officers and-NSC policy staff assigned t_o listen.and memorialize the conversation in written form
as the conversation takes place. A numper of factors can affect 'the accuracy of the record,
including poor telecommunications connections and variations in accent and/or interpretation.
The word "inaudible" is used to indifate portions of a conversation that the notetaker was unable
to hear. "

Louie: we can't read the transcript because it hasn't been released. What Trump put out was simply a partial memo based on notes taken by an aide who listened to the call. However, even in that short memo, it is clear as day that Trump wanted quid-pro-quo with Ukraine. It has also been corroborated by seven witnesses (and counting) that Trump was trying to strong arm Ukraine into a quid-pro-quo.

Republicans will keep trying to spin this as a "perfect call" when everyone can see what it really was. sad. and pathetic!

So, then I guess, if one couldn't hear they should put their own interpretation of what is said, in the way you seem to think. I agree with the point it may not be verbatim. But with so many listening there are probably a number of interpretations of anything said by either person on the cal. That doesn't make it a fact. In the end the transcript was acknowledged by all that made a account to be recorded as the transcript. That means that anything other than the transcript isn't correct.

There is really no way to spin it Louie - the "memo" Trump's people released is NOT the full transcript. No matter how it is spun, seven witnesses have already come forward and testified that they "knew exactly what Trump wanted from Ukraine's president" and it was in fact a "quid-pro-quo." A question that remains to be addressed is; "if the call was as 'perfect' as Trump claims, and there was no wrong done, then why did Sondland insist the recording of the call had to go on the secret server we store our covert op missions on?" That is not the server to store state department calls on....hmmmm….

Also, you may consider that more evidence against Trump is coming out via the Roger Stone trial based on Mueller's report -you know the one the republicans said was just a witch-hunt and h**x? The lies that have been told are many, and they continue to mount. Eventually, it will come down to deciding if you side with the t***h or with Trump - your choice.....I'll stick with t***h.

Simple, it's a bs inquiry. Soviet-style? This is the US. So everything is tainted evidence. Schitt shouldn't have used as much secrecy, then he might have pulled it off. On second thought no, he still doesn't have a crime.

Why did Sondland insist? You mean the biased, left-leaning political hack? I don't know, fortune and fame, or not to be another Clinton suicide?

Not sure why so many republicans keep saying "the hearings are being held in secret" when there are republicans on the committees running the hearings. Is there truly no bottom to how low these guys will stoop to c***t for the win? sad.pathetic.and d********g.

The most plausible answer would be because Sondland is a corrupt politician, indebted to Trump for probably something nefarious, but once the others began telling the t***h he knew he would face perjury charges. simple.

First of there was no recording. The transcript had to go in the lock box because of many other things said in the White House has been leaked to the media and this transcript should be put in a safe place. As I have said before, if you have had things stolen from your place wouldn't you them put in a much safer place so no one could steal them. What said evidence, is coming out of he Roger Stone trial? Just another false allegation of another Trump supporter. And sending so many armed people in the middle of the night to arrest him. That was purely for show by the Mueller investigators. You are so right. The lies told by the Dems and complicit MSM have been too numerous to have had a correct count of them. You wouldn't know the t***h if it hit you right in the face and that has happened too many times to count. For being such a Christian you seem to keep repeating the false allegations the Dems have put forward. There has been no conclusive proof of any crime by Trump. You should keep that in mind before making allegations. Just feelings by a number of those having made a report to the Kangaroo court by shifty Schiff only their interpretation of what they have seen or heard. With Schiff having the say about what the Republicans can ask a witness and Schiff has the soul discretion of who the Republican's can call as a witness is absurd and against all of our court laws.
