This is so bad I can't see how even a die hard conservative could not make the call here that this is wrong.

Does the republican Bevin think there was a problem with the count? No, nothing like that, the margin was big enough that a recount isn't going to change anything. The party in charge has the ability to challenge a race (on grounds I'm sure) and put it before the legislature to decide.

They are exploring legal grounds, and a promising one is to say that the 2% of the v**es that were cast by third party v**ers would have gone for the republican, Bevin. How they can make this assumption we'll never know, but suffice it to say Bevin was a highly distasteful candidate if he could lose to a democrat in Kentucky.

This is how the GOP is maintaining control, or at least trying to. The massive effort it took to legitimately win an e******n in red Kentucky deserves to be upheld for the winner of the popular v**e.
