Clear understanding; in other words, hearsay.

So you are accusing Fox News of peddling hearsay? Explain how someone who was involved in the first person is guilty of a hearsay statement.

LOL! What a dopey response! LOLOL!
Uh, no Peter. I am not accusing Fox of peddling hearsay. But Fox IS reporting that Taylor's testimony amounts to nothing but hearsay. Having a "clear understanding" is NOT the same as actually being told something else, he'd have said that is what I was told. It means Taylor did NOT hear it but rather, assumed a meaning which in his mind amounted to clear understanding, which it obviously wasn't.

It has all been hearsay and presumption.
