This massacre of American family traveling in three SUVs in Mexico would have me out investigating. Something doesn’t smell right. I’m sure I’m just way off, but that’s how it seems to me. Anyone?

The President of Mexico wants to stop the violence with love and education. He has pretty much given up Mexico to the drug cartels and they know it. Says he doesn't want President Trumps help. You are right when you say something doesn't smell right.

From what I understand those folks live there, so I don't buy the "mistaken identity" theory for the ambush.

The k**lers were members of a drug cartel. A suspect is in custody. The Ministerial Agency for Criminal Investigations (AMIC) of Mexico announced it had found the suspect traveling near the Arizona border with two bound-and-gagged hostages. The suspect also was in possession of several rifles and high-caliber ammunition, and had a bulletproof SUV.

Authorities are not sure whether the k**lers were members of the Sinaloa or the La Línea cartels.

Members of the LeBaron family have lived in Sonora, Mexico since the 1940s. In recent years, the LeBaron's have stood up against the cartels over water rights in the region.

Maybe AMLO could give some of those innocent, peaceful drug cartel members a few hugs and kisses for all of us. MS- 13 gang bangers could queue up and pick numbers to get their hugs and feel better about themselves. AMLO could give out some big participation trophies to all the criminals to help their low self esteem. By the way, do you know studies show that criminals actually have high self-esteem?? AMLO would have to take those trophies back. The criminals could then give AMLO a trophy since he appears to be lacking in common sense.
