Not now. They already have his comments on the record. They don't need him to testify until the impeachment hearing when they are putting the last nails in Trump coffin...

LOL! If it somehow actually gets that far, the Senate will then hammer bigger nails in the whole impeachment process' coffin.

Of course they will--right after the nation heard a chorus line of people testifying how Trump is a crook and should be impeached. That's what Nasty Nancy wants Bolton for because he can't be discredited as a never Trumper or a hack for the Democrats. The Senate won't impeach Trump but in the eyes of the nation Trump will be a president who should have been impeached but the Republicans REFUSED to do their jobs!!!

Nope. By this time most Americans are well aware that the Democrats have done nothing but squander three years of our time and tax money on an endless witch hunt, that they can't trust anything the mainstream media says regarding the president because they never have anything positive to say, even about some of his accomplishments that have positively affected our lives, but are always right there condemning his every move. The media has thrown away their reputation for impartiality, even handed reporting and, for that matter, any shred of believability.

The v**ers will know that wh**ever Schitt comes up with will be a tissue of lies.

Meanwhile, no comment on Joe Biden's quid pro quo (the one he bragged about on national television) over that $3 billion? Of course not...

He said he will not accept the Democrats invitation to testify. He wants them to issue a subpoena. I assume he wants cover (I had to, they subpoenaed me) for any testimony he might give or he wants to take the subpoena to court. Personally, I hope it is the latter.

Probably, but the damage to Trumps ego and the Republican brand will be done.

The I***t Pumpkinfuhrer campaigned in Virginia and Tennessee and v**ers spit in his swollen orange face! Trump is h**ed by elected officials in his own party for his criminality and buffoonery but they are stuck with him as he pulls them down as long as they need his sycophantic hard core Trumptards to not be upset. The Virginia v**e cost the Republicans at least 3 more seats in Congress once the gerrymander districts are re drawn. Moscow Mitch found out how little the I***t Pumpkinfuhrer could do as he sees Tennessee elect the first Democrat governor in decades. The tide is turning against Trump and his supporters in the senate are at best reluctant fair weather friends.

Why? There was no "quid pro quo," and when the farce concludes, the only tarnished reputation involved will belong to Adam Schitt. I sincerely doubt that Representative Schitt even has an ego. How could he, when there's nothing in the very existence of that kind of a weasel that would warrant any self respect.

Even his status as Pelosi's present top tier henchman won't be enough once he's had still another failure.

I'm a heterosexual male, and just like Bill, I have never spent any time on Hillary.

Oh I guess he didn't hear.

Democrats are still ramming ahead with their impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump over his phone call with the Ukrainian president back in July.

But what would happen if an impeachment v**e were held today in the GOP-controlled Senate?

According to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, it would fail and lead the acquittal of President Donald Trump.

“I will say I’m pretty sure how it’s likely to end,” McConnell told reporters, according to Politico.

“If it were today I don’t think there’s any question — it would not lead to a removal. So the question is how long does the Senate want to take? How long do the p**********l candidates want to be here on the floor of the Senate instead of in Iowa and New Hampshire?” McConnell added.

McConnell has been highly critical of the Democrats’ impeachment process against Trump, arguing last week that the president was being denied due process.

McConnell has said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is “in the clutches of a left-wing mob” that caused her to pursue impeachment.

McConnell said he has not discussed anything with Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to plan for a Senate trial in the event of the House passing articles of impeachment.

If Trump were to be impeached in the House, it would take 67 v**es in the Senate to remove him from office.

Republicans currently control 53 seats in the upper chamber compared to Democrats and Independents having 47.

If all 47 Democrats in the Senate v**ed to impeach the president, it would take 20 Republicans in order to remove Trump from office.

It's highly unlikely that would ever happen.

This is all related to Democrats trying to impeach Trump over his phone call that they never heard and the so-called whistleblower has been proven to be nothing more than a left-wing hack who loathes the president.

Back in August, a so-called whistleblower filing a complaint about Trump's phone call back in July with Ukrainian President Zelensky.

Soon after the complaint, Democrats immediately seized on the opportunity to go after Trump and opened an impeachment inquiry.

The whistleblower -- who we now know is Democratic operative Eric Ciaramella -- did not even hear what was said.

Democrats are so desperate to take down Trump before the 2020 e******n they are trying to remove him from office over a call that neither they nor the whistleblower even heard.

An interview yesterday

McConnell has already said he is taking the position that it's all BS, he won't be actually doing any real work based on the evidence, he is prepared to say it doesn't rise to the level of impeachment no matter what the evidence is.

Public opinion is going to matter, and it doesn't matter what McConnell does, it is going to affect the e******n.

The GOP is already conceding there was an attempt at quid pro quo that either never happened, or there was nothing wrong with in the first place.
