Two things, Newsweek and poll. For argument's sake let's say they're okay. He hasn't helped my financial standing either, hasn't hurt it as Warren, Sanders, Biden any of the loonies will. My everyday life however has taken a great upswing. Don't use half-t***hs, polls do that.

An American's financial standing is not in the hands of the POTUS, it is in the hands of the American citizen.

In the Preamble to our constitution we read that our government is there to "PROMOTE" our general welfare, not provide it. What that means is for the government to stay the hell out of our way and encourage us while we build a prosperous nation for ALL American citizens.

This poll taking industry is deeply biased as to whom they select to interview. But let's ask why many Americans are still struggling, especially those on fixed incomes, and cannot figure out why.

So are the causes of poverty due to Trump or Obama policies?

1) While the Federal Reserve Bank's subsidized Obama's bailouts of the GSEs, the Federal Housing Authority Bank, student loans, and the European Union Banks and g*******t corporations, the devaluation of the dollar's purchasing power was reduced to 60 Cents over an 8 year period. Seniors and workers alike were c***ted out of their life's savings.

2) The creation of Obamacare destroyed thousands of small businesses, expanding unemployment and underemployment. No true reform to abolish Obamacare has yet to take place.

3) Did you know that your socialist champion, Franklin Delano Roosevelt's New Deal included the National Industrial Recovery Act exempting Health insurance from the Anti-Trust laws granting government price fixing authority?

4) Did you know that FDR's passage of the 1945 McCarran-Ferguson Act redefined the non-profit health insurance industry as a "For-Profit Industry," thus placing them under the Constitution's Interstate Commerce Clause, health insurance falling under federal and state regulation?

5) Did you know that the Interstate Commerce Clause lets government restrict commerce, not foment commerce, quarantining customers state by state, with no shopping for any health insurance policy across state borders?

6) Did you know President Obama engaged Big Pharma with secret government contracts to pay the highest prices for thousands of drugs, abandoning the generic industry's Medicare and Medicaid contracts?

7) Did you know that the health insurance industry pays huge campaign contributions to state and federal Democrat politicians to fix policies artificially wide and priced artificially high? These are the very caring-sharing left-wing politicians who profess to love you and look after your best interests. At what point do you become suspicious?

Yes, the cost of living has risen substantially, inflation is the biggest enemy. President Trump's tax cuts for ALL, especially spurring the growth of small businesses, while raising minimum wage, has done more to alleviate the poverty we all suffered under the Obama administration, but much more needs to be done.

4 MORE YEARS for President Trump, preferably 20 more years to drain the swamp! Ha ha!

Ok, here is the question I want to ask the AFL-CIO.

What is the biggest thief in the night when it comes to our paycheck and cost of living?

1) The big bad corporations hoarding all the profits and paying us peanuts?

2) The IRS taxing us to death under the progressive tax, the more you make, the more they take?

3) Inflation raising the cost of living as the Federal Reserve Bank prints trillions of extra dollars way beyond the value of our GDP cutting the purchasing power of the dollar in half every 24 years?

The answer is #3. The labor unions have never in 105 years advocated we audit the Federal Reserve Bank to see just whom they are bailing out with all this paper fiat printed out of thin air. None dare call it counterfeit. Why?

If you printed this extra money in your basement, you would go straight to jail. All the raises in the world cannot out race the Bubble Machine. It's a curious situation, isn't it?

Yup. Everyone knows the mafia can run a Union better than anyone else. I take it you would rather have the boots of organized crime on your neck. Be my guest; just don't include me. I'm a former Union member. I won't be a future one.

That two thirds don't HAVE a financial standing.

Anyone with a 401K, or an investment portfolio (with a good advisor) has made money.

But wait.....Obama said "we didn't build that"

That ranks right up there with the dumbest things I have ever heard, even from you LW. Get the GOP to get the boot off the neck of the working man? The GOP is the party of tax breaks, not new taxes. If your worried about the GOP, you should be terrified of Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders and the rest of the democrat boobs that are running for president. If Donald Trump loses in 2020, we will be in a deep recession before his victor's first term is over.
