Not if his job favorability numbers and how many people support impeachment and removal from office keep slipping. Public perception is slipping, and it will keep slipping as transcripts and hearings are made public. The only circus show will be republicans making fools of themselves because there is no defense for what is coming out.

Trump's withholding military aid was wrong in so many ways it's hard to cover it. Those who can actually use their brains will be making the connection to how this helped Putin take over the eastern Ukraine without his tanks being hammered by US high tech anti tank weapons.

That's exactly the reason the Democratic Party has redefined itself not as a true political party serving the American people, but as a "get Trump at all costs" attack squad.

They haven't contributed anything at all to national governance, created no policies beneficial to America, demonstrated a single accomplishment or asset value that the American people can take to the polls one year from today or, apparently, stopped to think about the reality that what they've been doing to the exclusion of all else has been painting themselves into a corner wherein if they haven't removed the president from office very soon, they'll have nothing to campaign on at all except a lot of hot air socialist promises, devoid of a single resume item. They'll have been a total failure at the only thing they presently stand for: get Trump.

At this point, it would be nearly impossible for them to again reinvent their party into an entity worth v****g for, so that leaves them with nothing but pure desperation to continue on the same losing course, "get Trump."

Only a totally brainwashed or illiterate buffoon could even dream that Donald Trump will not be reelected or that the Democrats will maintain their majority in the House after the e******n exactly one year from today.

That's another good reason not to allow the l*****ts herein to goad any right thinkers into becoming angry or getting into name calling: they are the equivalent of one legged entrants in a kick boxing competition, and as 3 November 2020 draws nearer, expect more and more frustration and anger to be vented in their posts as their futility rises. Meanwhile, those really lost souls who somehow believe the Democrats have a chance of some kind will continue posting the usual propaganda based wish lists or far afield "reads between the lines" they regard as "evidence."

No matter what they post, the Democrats have already ensured that the outcome will not change -- they will lose big, and it's too late for them to do anything about it.

The record is clear: The Democratic majority in the House has passed major reforms that would begin to address America’s challenges.

All of them have been blocked by Republicans in the Senate, led by Mitch McConnell, who calls himself the “grim reaper” dedicated to k*****g reform.

As of July, in their first half year as the majority, House Democrats had passed a total of 569 bills that are blocked in the Senate. These include major reforms that would make America better.

Consider: The For the People Act — HR 1 — contained the most comprehensive campaign finance and v****g reforms since the 1965 V****g Rights Act.

It would have made it easier to r******r to v**e, harder to gerrymander districts, forced disclosure of secret funds, required paper b****ts to limit e******n i**********e and would have begun to counter the influence of big money in our e******ns. McConnell refuses even to allow a v**e in the Senate.

HR 5 — the E******y Act — extends civil rights protections to members of the L***Q community. This is long overdue. McConnell refuses to allow a v**e in the Senate.

HR 6 — the American Dream and Promise Act — would have protected the Dreamers and offered a path to citizenship to 2 million immigrants without official status. McConnell refuses to allow a v**e in the Senate.

HR 7 — the Paycheck Fairness Act — would have strengthened measures to counter the growing pay gap between men and women. No v**e in the Senate.

HR 8 — the Bipartisan Background Checks Act — would have required universal background checks in the sale of guns, a reform supported by the vast majority of Americans. No v**e in the Senate.

Dems are passing more bills than the republican led house did during the first two years Trump was in office, if not several years back from that since they have been do nothing obstructionists for ten years. Apparently McConnell is worried if the senate passes bills the house did it would be giving Pelosi wins, he fails to see that they are wins for the american people.

If republicans were concerned with the law, and stopped trying to make i***tic attacks on procedure and irrelevant BS they would be inclined to hold the president accountable no matter which party he is in

That was said lightly, Trump abused his power and went against the will of congress, the state department, the pentagon. He had his agenda, and wh**ever it was it had nothing to do with the security and interests of the country...

That said his agenda, the one being looked at, is impeachable without any doubt

His actual agenda in terms of what he accomplished for Russia, whether out of sheer stupidity and ignorance, which would make him profoundly unfit... or on the orders or request of Putin, which would be pure treason, was to in effect prevent the Ukraine from fighting off attacks from Russian forces that forced them to have to withdraw. It was not Trump's decision to make to withhold military aid that would have allowed the Ukraine to wreak havoc with Russian tanks, Congress did the work listening to intelligence and state department presentations on national security reasons to provide high tech military weapons to use against Russia. You can bet that Trump's reasons had only to do with Putin asking for the delay until he had attacked the eastern Ukraine. There is no other reason, and anyone who buys the smoke screens is as stupid as Trump.

Pure facts paint a picture that has no gray areas...
...We knew Ukraine was under the threat of attack
...Congress responded to intelligence and funded military aid
...This military aid was needed as soon as possible
...The state department and pentagon were set to respond as soon as funding was provided
...Mulvaney blocked that, and not through official channels, it was simply slow walked, nobody knew what the delay was
...Discussions with Ukraine about military aid were not done through official state departments

Trump interfered with a military aid that was not his to do, and if it was for Putin he should be tried as a t*****r, and the definition fully fits because he aided the interests of our ally's enemy, Russia.

This quid pro quo is a smokescreen, withholding aid from the Ukraine is impeachable for wh**ever reason he thinks he did it, it was not his to do unless he did it through official channels.
