I believe they actually work a little over a third of the days in a year. And they get paid around $175,000. And, they get to v**e in their own COLAs, raises, time off, etc.

The vice president presides over the senate. the speaker of the house presides over the house and is a representative. I think that is what is being referred to kicking Mitchell in the behind.
