The CIA is prohibited by law from spying domestically. If the whistleblower was recruited by Obama to spy on the Trump Campaign, Obama belongs in prison. If Schiff coordinated with the whistleblower to spy on Trump, Schiff belongs in prison.

What you don’t realize is that if while spying on adversaries our intelligence community finds them communicating with Americans they can continue to listen to expose t*****rs. This was and is the situation with your I***t Pumpkinfuhrer and the Russians.
