Donald Trump once lied claiming he was courted by several major league baseball clubs in his youth but turned them down because they couldn’t offer him enough money. On Sunday, baseball got its revenge.

The President attended Game 5 of the World Series between the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros at Nationals Park, a short journey from the White House. When Trump was shown on the video screens in the stadium he was loudly booed by fans. That, perhaps, was predictable: Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon and both Bushes were all booed while attending baseball games as President. What came shortly afterwards was a little more personal as cries of “Lock him up!” rang out, a reference to the chants about Hillary Clinton used at Trump’s rallies in the run-up to the 2016 p**********l e******ns.

Nobody...

Except Kevyn...

Been a slow week for him...

Peace in Syria with the cease fire...

Not a lot coming out about impeachment... Almost seems like they're afraid to put it to a v**e...

No school shootings or mass deportations or stock market plunges...

Unemployment is still at record a low...

China's buying American crops again....

Trump still has better hair than him...

The list just goes on...

As usual, a pack of distortions and misrepresentations by a mindless tool of the Democratic ( i.e. Socialist) Party . The cheers far outweighed the boos and that was a far jmore general crowd than at any Trump rally where you would expect those calls for arresting Hillary.

The 40,000 people in the ballpark so offended by the I***t Pumpkinfuhrer they chanted “lock him up” and he seemed to care from the look on his face. He went to see a ball game and got a good look at the near future. When Obama shows up at sporting events he is warmly greeted and cheered.

Kevyn should have titled his post Digital Cackling at a Non-Event.

And you must have been all giddy, and I bet you were chanting right along at home!! If I close my eyes, I can almost get a mental picture of it....Ewwww

That's the sign of a sk**led con man: a friendly reception from those he previously screwed over.

The most important thing is that the Astros won

You and the other Trumpophobes (how's that for a term? It's meant derisively), have only one guiding principle, to end the Trump presidency. Those boos were easily over shadowed by the cheers.

More to the point, The Saints kicked the bloody feces out of the Cardinals (Who dat!) and are now 7-1. The Falcons are now awaiting their turn in the barrel.

It was good to see Drew Brees back on the field in close to top form. I recall his Westlake High School team beating the beejabbers out'ta my son's alma mata, Austin McCallum high school back in the mid-90s. He and Westlake went on to win the Texas State Championship. A great quarterback and even a better man.

BTW, with Bridgewater now established as probably the best back-up QB in the NFL, I look for the Saints to win the NFC, maybe the Super Bowl.

Back in the late 1970s when I first lived in Nawlins I went to games where people were wearing paper bags over their heads.

The Saints have come a long way since those days when Archie Manning was the entire team.

Last season they should've been in the Super Bowl, but a bad call in L.A. put an end to that. L.A. seems to be bad luck for them (the "1" in their current 7-1, as well), hopefully that will change.

This could be the season of their second Super Bowl win. 🤞 When they won their first, friends down there told me, Mardi Gras festivities went on for an extra month.
