It's illegal to use plastic straws,but it's perfectly legal to use illegal drugs in certain neighborhoods?????? We truly live in Parallel Universe!!!!!!!

More of the same Marxist strategy -- lots of chaos, turning Americans' worlds upside down in every way, shape and form. Standing sanity, long-standing tradition, sensibility, every single thing on its ear.

Once Americans are willing to empower government to "control" our liberties as it "sees fit" -- essentially rewrite the Bill of Rights -- and do "wh**ever it takes" to restore sanity, they will be able to "fundamentally t***sform America" into the totalitarian state they seek, and then this country will be prepared to become nothing more than another element of a new world order.

I don't get the impression that most Republican career politicians are either overly concerned or in many cases far-seeing enough to understand this -- the former because they mistakenly believe they'll have a seat at the table, the latter because they can't think beyond the present status quo.

President Trump can and does see what's happening and is strongly resisting, which is why despite the outstanding product of his administration, which is doing good things for all of America, the left is fighting to remove him -- his patriotism, essential conservatism and economically stabilizing policies are a major obstacle.

Thanks to the propagandizing influence of the mainstream media, the Democrat controlled education system and the entertainment industry, a large segment of the population has been prepped for what is now the end game of the disruption phase, and these people, despite the many obvious positive realities of the Trump Administration's policies, are perfectly willing to deny all except the false negatives put out by the left. No amount of in-your-face evidence will penetrate the indoctrination, this anti-Trump programming to which what many of us call the TDS crowd has succumbed.

These people are so well indoctrinated that no matter how far beyond the realm of sanity any practice or policy of the left goes, they will support it, often going as far as offering up wh**ever shallow or unfounded justifications the portsiders provide, no matter the falsified facts or statistics or twisted logic involved.

At present, the left is winning -- if those in leadership/government office on the right don't develop strong resolve and present the same united front the Democrats are displaying and do so PDQ, better keep your powder dry and be ready to choose between a future of highly miserable acquiescence or some serious, lethal, adrenalized "excitement."

We confine the poor to specific geographical locations, the rich self confine to gated areas, so why not a specific area for dopers? BTW, plastic straws are a global threat - if we confined straw users to specific areas and recycled those straws - then plastic straws could be safely used.
