A Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) is a specially constructed room where classified information is discussed and accessed by those with appropriate security clearances. The SCIF is protected by audio attenuation in the walls and ceiling and is shielded against electronic t***smissions from within and without. In this case the HOR SCIF is located in the basement of the capitol building. No electronic devices such as cell phones and laptops are allowed. Computers installed holding classified information are not connected to the internet.

So, what is Schiff and his gang doing in there? What exactly is his MO?

An insider leak has revealed that at the beginning of every session, before a specially selected witness is called, Schiff announces the rules - no classified or sensitive information will be discussed and no classified documents will be introduced. No one is allowed to take notes, and only a single transcript of witness testimony is recorded.

When a witness is sworn in, he or she is informed that their testimony is UNCLASSIFIED, that it is not sensitive information, yet Schiff tells them that if they are asked to talk about their testimony, they should say that information is CLASSIFIED.

Schiff chooses only those witnesses who are anti-Trumpers. Republicans are not allowed to question the witness nor are they allowed to call their own.

Following the witness's testimony which may run for hours, Schiff will select non-contextual sentences or comments that support his agenda and leaks these to the media.

IOW, Schiff is running his own private Poltiburo.

This is your democrat party in action, it is not in any way, shape or form a constitutional or legal "impeachment inquiry."

There is a total of 47 Republicans on the three committees. They also can bring staff. The Republicans can ask questions of the witnesses. The meetings are held in the rooms used for House committees. It doesn’t seem to be very secretive to me. All meetings conform to the rules for conducting business in the House that were established by Speaker of the House Boehner.

Where have you been, not counting today? Pelosi changed the rules and the HJC is holding its inquiry in the SCIF without Republican participation.

Above all, we, the American people, have a right to know what the hell the democrats are doing to determine the future of our nation.


I've studied the Constitution from the Preamble to the last amendment, I have studied the Federalist Papers and have read as much as I can find on the impeachment procedure. I know how the impeachment process works. Bloody shame that the maniacal democrats in the HOR don't give a tinker's damn about the Constitution or the rule of law.
