A Federal Court just made a massive ruling on Trump’s t*********r military ban

One of Donald Trump’s campaign promises was to end Obama’s ridiculous social experiments in the military.

So in 2017 the Trump administration announced a ban on t*********rs in the military, but was met with opposition in the courts.

But now a Federal Court made the ruling we’ve all been waiting for.

A panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals just ruled that President Trump’s t*********r military ban should not have been blocked by a district court.

They point out that the executive branch has the authority and discretion to implement such a ban without the interference of the courts.

And they also note that the ban was not targeting anyone in particular, and was not a blanket ban on anyone who identifies as “t*********r.”

The Daily Wire writes:

The Trump administration’s ban on t*********rs serving in the U.S. military got a major boost on Friday when a federal appeals court ruled that the ban should not have been blocked by a lower court.

According to USA Today, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit “ruled that the partial ban announced by the Pentagon, but never implemented, should not have been blocked by a district court while it was being challenged.”

The three-judge panel argued that considerable deference is owed to the executive branch on military policy, noting that the ban on t*********rs was not a “blanket ban” and that it had been fine-tuned by Pentagon officials.

“The government took substantial steps to cure the procedural deficiencies the court identified in the enjoined 2017 p**********l memorandum,” the panel said, adding that the partial ban “plausibly relies upon the ‘considered professional judgment’ of ‘appropriate military officials,’ and appears to permit some t*********r individuals to serve in the military.”

The finalized version of the ban on t*********rs disqualifies from service “t*********r persons with a history or diagnosis of g****r dysphoria,” and specifically those who “may require substantial medical treatment, including medications and surgery,” except in “certain limited circumstances.” The ban was also crafted after “extensive study by senior uniformed and civilian leaders, including combat veterans.”

This is a massive win for the military, and the Trump administration.

Donald Trump promised what millions of Americans wanted.

To end the social experiments the military suffered from Obama’s eight years, and make the military great again.

T*********rism is most obviously a mental issue, and America doesn’t need anyone that has a history of mental issues to be responsible for defending the homeland.

The L**T activists are screaming “unfair,” but the reality is not everyone is fit for service.

Just like if someone is severely underweight, if someone can’t pull themselves together in the heat of the moment because of mental issues, they don’t belong in the military.

Do you think t*********rs should be allowed in the military? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Nope..why should our military get strapped with accepting someone obviously exhibiting blatant signs of being mentally ill and out of touch with reality. We should all be encouraging these obviously 'confused' people to seek professional help-not coddling them.
