Judge Jeanine says the only ‘constitutional crisis’ is the one coming from Democrats

Democrats are trying to paint a picture that we have a rogue president worthy of impeachment.

But Judge Jeanine Pirro believes the opposite is true. According to Breitbart, she thinks that Democrats are the ones creating the constitutional crisis in this country — not our president.
Lawless Impeachment

For more than two years, Democrats have been trying to impeach President Donald Trump. Had any other Republican won the 2016 e******n, none of this would be happening. The reason Democrats are so furious is that an outsider came in to pull off the impossible.

A brash businessman and someone with no political experience made child’s play of a massive field of career politicians, dispensing of the Democrat party’s golden child.

And I also dont believe that regular Americans that are Democrats quite believe the awful things that are happening at the behest of their party. Infanticide, altering children's bodies to change their sex, pushing legalized gambling and the drug THC (pot), furnishing the means and the venue for drug addicts to remain drug addicts, throwing open our borders to all and sundry and undermining Christians and conservatives at every opportunity. To name just a few of the planks of their platform....

Trump is a threat to their gravy train. I believe there is much more criminality in our government than we realize. How long did it take Gore the Ho to go from millionare to billionare status? Most of them are taking advantage of their positions to enrich themselves.

Here's the question, say Hillary was elected and it was learned that 19 of here campaign staff had communicated with the Russian at the same time Russia was trying interfering in our e******n. Would Republicans seek an investigation yes or no?

And if that wasn't enough suppose that Republicans learned that Hillary was in communication with Ukraine and was holding back much needed military hardware if they wouldn't investigate one of her top political rivals? Would Republicans attempt to impeach Hillary yes or no?

Oh, and suppose Hillary tried to obstruct the investigations at every turn.

I think there is no doubt that you would investigate her plus seek to impeach her if she was accused of the same crimes as Trump. So the question begged is why are the Democrats creating a constitutional crisis when Republicans would do the same thing if they had been given the opportunity?

Did Ken Starr let Clinton see the evidence before he had gathered it? No. Did Ron Jaworski let Nixon see the evidence before he had gathered it? No. So, since Congress is having to act as a special counsel because Barr wouldn't set up one why should Trump be allowed to see the evidence before it has been gathered? Why should Trump be treated differently than Nixon or Clinton?

How can anyone possibly show evidence before they gather it?

Both of the two you mentioned allowed the President's attorney to be present, to object to witnesses, call his own witnesses and shared all information as soon as it was acquired. All of it was public.

Compare that to what is going on in the kangaroo court the Dems have going down.

Not so. It wasn't until the evidence was presented to Congress in the form of a report that either president was allowed to view it. When the evidence was still being gathered by the special counsel, just as it was with Mueller, neither president was allowed access to it.
