You guys just don't get it, Trump will never have hos day to legally face the whistleblower. The whistleblower reported an incident and it has now been corroborated a dozen times over. The whistleblower could be a group of people who said enough, they put their heads together and wrote a well detailed report that spelled out their concerns, which were shared by many others.

There is nothing the whistleblower will change.

I think the allege whistle complaints were fabricated by Adam Schitt and framed as a formal complaints against the president. That is why the whistles statements were completely different from the actual phone call statement of the president. The words and message never reconciled.

Schitt never expected that the president will release the actual transcript of his phone conversation with Ukraine president. Why the variance? Because Schitt fabricated his. He must be impeached and removed from his post for deceiving the American people.

They have no reason to produce a whistleblower, it is a report, the IC IG looks at it and acts accordingly, which means investigates to see if it is credible. When he determines it is he turns it over to the acting head of intelligence with a report indicating what he thinks, and there are a set number of days in which he turns it over to house intelligence to allow them to decide what needs to be done. The IC IG took it to the DOJ because he and the acting intelligence head thought there were crimes that needed to be looked into by the DOJ. Imagine their surprise when Barr said nothing here, don't do anything with it. The IC IG was disturbed enough to warn the house to see to it they got it from the acting head of intelligence.

This took on a life of it's own, especially from the time Trump released the perfect phone call that simply raised a boatload of questions.

Whistleblowers can file reports in complete anonymity, the things they report get looked into by attorney generals. Once they see the underlying facts are there it takes off and there is no further need for the whistleblower to do anything else...there is no chain of information, no where did you hear this, no relevance to whether they h**ed the person they squealed off.

There is a boatload of evidence on wrongdoing with Ukraine, simply withholding their military aid was bad enough.

I'm trying to suggest you focus on the information coming out on a daily basis as the insiders Trump has tried to tell not to testify tell what they know.

Wake up, there were jail time offenses that went on here with Giuliani and others, if Barr weren't Trump's defense attorney instead of the attorney general he would have taken up investigations on this when potential crimes were reported through official channels.

Everything he did was a farce, a huge fabricated scheme to accusing an innocent president of his foul mouthed lies. Now, he will be locked up.

The Senate and the GOP Congress will censure him, and arrest him.

I was right all along that the secretive process of Schitt and Pelosi without the benefit of being questioned the validity of the case. The case is illegal and unconstitutional. The senate is going to dismiss the case. I was right all along. Dismiss the case return to the face of Schitt and Pelosi.

You don't even realize what you are doing, do you ? You are sanctioning the breaking of every legal procedure and protection that our American legal system has. I struggle to find an analogy that you might understand, but here goes. And lets us make this real real personal.

Lets hypothetically say that you are accused of murder. Are you with me so far ? Good. Now you have all kinds of legal protections. You have a right to a lawyer. You have a right to confront the witnesses against you. You have a right to know if any of the evidence against you was illegally obtained. If it was, a judge will toss it out.

Now lets us treat you exactly like President Donald J. Trump is being treated. We will have the trial in secret. You and your lawyer will not get to confront the chief witnesses against you. You cannot cross examine them. You will never even know who they are. Their code names will be Whistle blower number one and whistle blower number two.

Now while this secret trial of your fate is going on, the judge will selectively leak bits of the testimony to the press so that they can convince all potential jury members that you are guilty.
