Just like Mick Mulvaney first admitting Trumpet’s Ukraine phone call had quid quo pro as a backdrop, then, claiming he “...NEVER SAID THAT!” Which is that scenario, a “lie” or a “misspeak?”

You’re right, byron, it does need recalibrating. Every time it hears anything said by a GOPTPer, the amount of BS registered on its dial exceeds its highest reading.

Perhaps I need to get a BS meter that can measure the ever increasing, ultra-high amounts of BS uttered by the GOPTPers on the OPP and in DC. Then again, a BS meter that can measure these ever increasing, ultra-high amounts of BS uttered by the GOPTPers on the OPP and in DC hasn’t been built yet because the strength of the materials needed hasn’t been invented yet. Now, do you understand my quandary? until that new and improved model of a BS meter comes out, I’m stuck with using the one I have.

What was it Mulvaney said? “Deal with it!”

Winston will erase from Fox News feed and NBC/CBS will loop it all day long.

And too often, with the help of the media, Democrats succeed in changing the narrative, and focusing the public outrage elsewhere, rather than fading away in disgrace, as they should.
We are the recipients and victims of the big evil black lies, and we repeatedly fail to make the consequences matter. What are the consequences if no one imposes them? We're usually glad the scandal is over, the headlines will finally change, and we'll get to hear something different on the news.

So true...BUT "The President is guilty of treason and I have proof" fits NONE of those categories. That is just a flat out lie. Adam Schitt said this many times over most of 3 years. No sales pitch with that statement ( at least not toward the president), positively there is no sweet-talking, certainly no patronizing in the statement. It is distinctly and uniquely fitted to the definition of a lie. It is simply NOT TRUE. That's called a lie...flat out a lie.
There is no proof and I have proof of that...(if he had any proof we would be discussing ex-president Trump). So, to say that Trump is guilty while lying about having proof is slanderous at the least and the harm he has done to this country with his lies should put him on trial for treason. Naddler also fits this bill. Pelosi and the democratic candidates are just ignorant. But these two should be tried for treason against the USA.

In a secularist world view without a transcendental perspective, words have no ontic reference, no objective reference with which to determine meaning. Words can mean anything the word smith wants them to mean and the listener can change the meaning of those words to mean wh**ever suits his POV. The same is true of morality. Without an objective moral reference, a transcendental perspective, what is right for one is wrong for another. Morality can mean wh**ever one wants it to mean. The result is, the t***h can be anything one wants it to be.

Postmodern philosophers such as Jacque Derrida, Michel Foucault, and Paul de Man have expounded on this.

It is based on an epistemology (a t***h basis) that holds to limitless instability, texts are stripped of their meaning and words are given no point of reference. The ground is always shifting in speech and thought and in any form of propositional t***h.

De Man put it this way: This proves that rhetoric radically suspends logic and opens up vertiginous possibilities of referential aberration.

What De Man is really saying is it takes you to dizzying heights of meaninglessness.

You pontificate about the meaning of words yet you have no clue what you are doing.

What conspiracy theory? Adam Schiff is a liar. If he had the evidence he claimed to have, why isn't Trump impeached? Because he is a liar.

They can't admit that Schiff lied to them, when he said he had seen positively, proof of collusion by Trump.

And this was not the case.

People of sound mind should have awakened.

That would only be true if Trump didn't lie.
