We no longer have to depend on leaks to know that con man Trump is a criminal. It is more than likely that when Zelensky completed his September bank reconciliation he noticed the millions of dollars coming to Ukraine from the US had not yet arrived. Both Trump and Mulvaney admitted with TV cameras rolling that the hold-up of funds would be released when Zelensky dug up the dirt on Trump's political rival. Mulvaney called the action "business as usual" for crime boss Trump.
