It seems to me that Nixon and Bill Clinton got a 'fair shake' when it came to 'due process'. Not happening with President Trump. What is wrong with these people? They talk about a fair, constitutional process and then pull this crap. They ARE a joke. And the American e*****rate knows it. This whole process is basically OVER because it's not going to go anywhere in the Senate. Do you think 53 (R) Senators are going to allow this to go forward. You have a stupefying lack of understanding of due process and the constitutional role of checks and balances. This is not a trial, it is an investigation. Investigators have no obligation to even let the suspect know they are being investigated. The closed door testimony is similar to grand jury testimony and is done in closed session with the witnesses precluded from discussing the process to prevent witness tampering and obstruction of justice. The investigation is being done by the textbook, and this abject crap about your I***t Pumpkinfuhrer being denied due process is nonsense, he is being handled with kid gloves.
