I am in a quandry.
When I carry a weapon concealed on my person to use in protection of family, home, business; I am allowed to use the weapon to the point of shooting someone whom I feel threatens them.
An other person feels it is his right to "open carry a weapon" anywhere and anytime.
My question is, the open carry advocate enters my place of business and I mistake him for a robber, feel threatened and shoot him.
Am I quilty of manslaughter?
If you're concealed and he is openly armed, and he sees you go for your concealed, what makes you think he won't take you down before you can draw clear and discharge ?

If you are an anti gun control freak and you shoot a person who has not threatened you, you are guilty of manslaughter or murder.
If you are a sensible person who does not go into a state of panic when you see a gun, you would not be bothered
by a peaceful person carrying a gun in a non threatening manner.
If you don't want guns oin your private business property, a simple sign at the entrance saying you do not allow guns, that will keep them out. It may also invite armed robbers.
This sounds like a loaded question...

Yes. But you are also guilty of being an i***t. Guns are for the rest of us who are law abiding and responsible. You do not need to have a gun. You are probably a liberal, therefore mentally unstable and you cannot legally obtain a permit to carry. Take your meds and leave the gun totin to us.

Yep! If you have a concealed carry permit, you obviously must have had to go through some kind of training program...it sounds like you never got the training. You don't shoot someone just because he/she is carrying, even out in the open. Now, if he/she pulls that gun and aims it at you, now you have the right to defend your life.
