Who says the Tea Party is dead? This is indeed a happy day for conservative Republicans who are sick and tired of RINO's like Eric Cantor who have been totally wishy-washy on i*****l i*********n. This latest fiasco with the i*****l a***n children being dumped on the Arizona border did nothing to help the flip-flopping bleeding heart pro-amnesty candidate Cantor and certainly helped Brat, who is serious about stopping i*****l i*********n. What's especially encouraging is that Brat was outspent hands down and still won. This will hopefully serve as a wake-up call for other RINO's as well as pro-amnesty Democrats and I certainly hope Brat goes on to win in November.
Cantor out after playing all sides so maybe this will be a wake up call to others don't be a democrat lite! The left will spin this, just watch!

Right on!!!!!! Another one bites the dust!!!!
Just got an update on the difference in the spending.
Cantor: $22 million
Brat: $206,000
The Liberals have been saying for years the Tea Party is dead. This Tea Party victory indicates that Freedom and liberty are not dead. Thank you Virginia.

LAPhil-actually just heard on Fox- Cantor raised 5.5 Mil and spent 5 Mil
Brat raised 206K and spent 100K
Cantor's push on immigration reform, while the borders are more porous than ever, did him in. With an expected 90K plus i******s coming in this year and 147K next year, our jobs will be taken and we will have to pay more taxes to house, feed, educate and medicate these i******s. We are already broke and Obama is doing nothing about closing the border because he wants America to implode so we can be like his homeland of Kenya. It is obvious that the current crowd will not attempt to balance the budget or rein in spending so we need more conservatives in congress in both houses. Good Luck America !!!
Where are the lefties?? Come on guys! Your input is welcome.

It's further evidence the Republican Party is moving further to the right, always further right. It just means that party is destined to become a regional party. Within, probably the next 10 years that party will have go to Home Depot and get a smaller tent.

It's this plain and simple. Americans don't want I*****l A***ns to become American Citizens, instead deport them and Obama.

Exactly. I was confusing spending with raising, and the numbers I heard were the amounts raised, not spent, although it seems I got the Cantor numbers wrong. I wasn't sure whether it was 22 million or 2.2 million, but if you say 5.5 million I'll take your word for it. I got the numbers from Fox News also and it's possible that they announced different numbers earlier. But I totally agree with everything you said about the i******s, and I think people are really getting fed up with them now that they're not only still coming into the country but now they're dumping their kids here as if to say "Take care of them, they're your problem now". This may well have been the last straw for a lot of v**ers, at any rate I hope so.
