I stocked up on my popcorn...just could not wait until the Darrell Issa R-CA investigations got started. Whoops! I guess they did start with Mr. Issa going on Fox News with his proof that Secretary Hillary Clinton lied under oath when she testified before Congress. Yes, he claims Clinton's signature was on a cable that stated she did not provide security for Ambassador Stevens, et al. That cable was dated April 19, 2012 and her signature was not on the cable, only her name was typed next to the line that she would have signed. No signature? Imagine my surprise.

I watched when Secy. Clinton testified before Congress. I heard Rand Paul R-KY and Ron Johnson R-WI asking Clinton about the conspiracy theories they picked up from watching Fox News and when she didn't know what they were talking about they accused her of lying. Republicans only believe lies and conspiracy theories. When Secy Clinton said that Republicans did not know how to handle the t***h....Fox News lost more views than they had in the pass 10 years.

Rep. Elijah Cummings Calls on Boehner to Retract Flawed B******i Report and Apologize to Secretary Clinton

I would guess that you don't know that John Boehner is one of the worst RINO establishment people in the House. Why yes, Boehner works with the Democrats on so many things and here we have Rep. Cummings, one of the most important members of the Congressional Black Caucus working to protect the white lady who has lied so many times prior to this one.

It appears that you really think that the ranking member of a House committee should be in control of the committee. How do you think about the ranking members of all Senate committees?

Come on and get real the first chance you get.

Oh yes--more lies, conspiracy theories and coverups comming from the B******i investigations. No one lied more than Darrell Issa when he said that Secy Clinton's signature was on the cable and it wasn't.

I guess some of Fox News viewers must have believed Clinton when she said that Republicans do not know how to handle the t***h--since they stopped watching.

I would like to know one thing that Speaker Boehner worked with Dems on--it is starting to sound like you do not trust one of your own. Oops! A lying Republican...Speaker Boehner, that is.

I thought these things about Boehner long before Clinton failed to help strengthen things in B******i. Boehner is more than just an establishment type of Republican, he tends to work with Obama at every chance he gets and makes all kinds of promises to his own people about not doing that.

Can you, of the far left, tell me what right or power Boehner has he uses to force the House to do things. He is worse than Pelosi in that area. Please explain to me what powers he has as Speaker that allows him to deal, in that back room manner, with Obama.

Poco, I have been wondering how you knew that some folks stopped watching Fox News. All of a sudden it hit me. You heard something like that on MSNBC but don't want to use that as a link for your information. Am I right, or not?

The kinds of numbers that I see for people watching Fox News sure are impressive. The numbers for MSNBC, on the other hand, don't have anything to write home about. In fact, their news coverage on many of the top issues of the day go totally unreported because the Lying King would end up being shown for what he really is; a t*****rous, lying, anti-American muslim.

It is so obvious that that poster got its information about the number of people who have left Fox News from. MSNBC or maybe Think Prog.

Oldroy, I do not remember where the Fox News viewer polls came from. I just remember hearing that Fox lost viewers after Hillary Clinton said that Republicans do not know how to handle the t***h. It could have been many places.

Glenn Beck confirms Fox News is good for something--sucking out your soul. Mr. Beck says "If you do not leave now, you won't leave with your soul intact." It is obvious that he did not leave before his deadline--the man has no soul.

You asked about "backroom deals" between Boehner and Obama? I do not know of any deals that proved positive for the president and I do not know a politician who does not have "backroom deals". Our GOP governor is famous for his "backroom deals". I learn more about what he and his cohorts are up to by watching MSNBC than by watching local news or "Flashpoint" a local political program.

I know Speaker Boehner and President Obama have played golf together--the president said no deals were made.

Boehner also v**ed against just about everything Prez Clinton did. A president is only as powerful as his House. When they have a partisan House they are good to go, if they have a bi-partisan House--things are not so good. The exception to the rule was when Ronald Reagan was president--his House, for six years of his presidency, was Democratic and he got a lot done. He also raised taxes 6 times.

Are you really trying to make it out that the Congress over 30 years ago was as partisan as it is now? I guess you are.

I see that you don't know about some of the times when Boehner went to the White House for some meetings about say, sequestration. Maybe you don't remember some of the times that he came back to the House spouting pure crap from Obama and then helped himself get taken to the cleaners. Maybe you need to stop taking all your news from the sources you mention.

You do not know what you are talking about, you should change your news source. Besides I do not need a news source to know the difference between "partisan" and "bi-partisan". When a president is Republican and his Congress is Democrat, that is bi-partsan, you know--"bi" means "two", like bi-weekly means every two weeks. When the president is Republican and his Congress is Republican, that is partisan, one party.

If there were deals make concerning the sequestration they were bad deals. Because of the austerity cuts to the budget we are getting ready for an economy crash. Over 700,000 jobs will be lost. Economist Ben Bernake says his biggest worry is Congress.

If you think a big deal was made concerning getting the air traffic controllers back to work, try again. That problem was straighten out because Congress is going on a break and they needed to fly. Get the picture?

My Republican girl friend calls Fox News the "true news". I asked her if she ever wonders why there is only one channel with the right news? She will get back to me--whenever.

You sound like you think that the "true news" comes from places like Think Prog and Media Matters although both were created by and still are funded by one George Soros. The original orders for both of those places was to get rid of Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, and Glenn Beck. Of course, real news could be coming from the other television groups who just don't report a number of things that Fox does. Yes, I would agree that the real news does come from Fox.

So you think that bi-partisan works quite well for people who hear Obama talk about Republicans failing to work in a bi-partisan manner when they refuse to give him things he just has to have. You may well think that Obama's "my way or the highway" is real bi-partisan thinking.

"My way or the highway" is the Teapublicans way. I guess you must think raising the minimum wage is a bad thing. The last time the minimum wage was raised was in December 2006, under George W. Bush. He raised it from $5.15 to $7.25.

Today the GOP says raising minimum wage will cause job loss. So the next time your boss or the boss of any Conservative tells them they are getting a raise, they should say "No thanks, it will cause job loss."

Congress, BTW, has given themselves 13 raises since 1990. Too bad that didn't cause job loss in Congress.

I have to agree with the bolded part of your post. As to who raised the minimum wage, maybe you missed the part that was the Congress passing the bill and Bush signing it into law. Do you really know how laws are passed or do you think that Presidents just make them by themselves like Obama wants to do all the time?
