Neither President Trump nor the call transcript allude to any guilt on the part of POTUS.

They've been attempting, obviously in the eyes of the American people, to annul the 2016 e******n for the last 35 months, and at this point have already sabotaged their chances of retaining the House or gaining seats in the Senate.
