The aid was committed during the earlier years of about 2014. It was reported that Ukraine officials were corrupt. Delay was to ensuring the proper use of and application of the aid in undertaken. Nothing to do with qui-pro-quo. The Trump administration is exercising prudence.

I wonder if there were any delays during the Obama administration. We know they were threatening to withhold billions in guaranteed loans.

I understand what you are saying but what was Trumps reasoning for saying investigate the Bidens or we hold off on US support. Why did Trump specifically ask China to investigate Biden When his daughter is making millions on China trademarks why would he even go there.

Why is Trump asking Australia to investigate Biden for what purpose and Trump says he has concerns about Ukrainian corruption. How about the Presidents corruption in our own country.

It’s all political and if anybody with any common sense can understand what Trump is doing it’s all to obtain dirt on a political opponent using Foreign interference because his own agencies can’t find any.

What phone call are YOU referring to?? And the "favor" was regarding Crowdstrike. Biden wasn't mentioned until a good page and a half of the memoranda.

There was just about as much investigation into Biden as there was by Crowdstrike into the DNC server. LOLOL! The server was NEVER looked at and the FBI/CIA never even asked to look at it.
