Undercover journalists David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt have exposed Planned Parenthood’s criminal conduct in perform- ing partial-birth a******ns and using a labor- inducing drug to intentionally deliver babies alive. However, in an incredible twist of events, instead of criminal charges being filed against Planned Parenthood and the biotech firms that purchased the baby body parts, then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris charged the undercover journalists with 14 counts of conspiracy and wiretap- ping for surreptitiously recording the con- versations.
The videos were introduced at a prelimi- nary hearing held in September to determine if the case has merit.
The primary labor-inducing drug believed to have been used by Planned Parenthood is Misoprostol. In high doses, Misoprostol causes “tumultuous labor” resulting in “fetal expulsion,” i.e. the baby comes out of the mother without using surgical instruments that might dam-
age the baby. The a******nist then does a vivisection, which is the cutting open of a live baby to harvest its beating heart, liver, brain, etc.
According to sworn testimony by long- time a******nist Dr. Forrest Smith, “... it was almost certain that some of the abor- tionists featured in the undercover videos
deliberately altered a******n procedures in a way that both led to the birth of living babies with beating hearts and put women at risk.”
Smith testified that a video presenta- tion of a 2014 Planned Parenthood confer- ence advocated the use of Misoprostol. Smith said the drug expels a living baby whose heart continues to beat for several minutes. Daleiden testified that the high price of living organs created big incentive for Planned Parenthood to use the drug. Testimony revealed that one vial of liver stem cells purchased by biotech firm Stem- Express from Planned Parenthood sold for $17,000.
Dr. Therese Deisher, a Stanford Univer- sity scientist, testified that Smith’s testi- mony “definitely proved that these babies are being deliberately born alive for the purposes of harvesting ... They want those babies coming out with beating hearts,” she said. Deisher said Smith’s testimony made it “very clear that this is intentional.” She also confirmed that a study at Stanford required the use of hearts harvested from living babies.
This is an eye opener. I think most people, myself included, believed that babies born alive during an a******n are accidents of a failed procedure and that such instances are rare. But the Daleiden case is nauseating proof that babies born alive — then k**led for their body parts — may be more the norm than the exception.
It’s clear why Democrats are pushing hard to decriminalize partial-birth a******n and infanticide. Their political campaigns rely on donations from Planned Parenthood which needs political cover from Democrats so the a******n giant can vivisect babies on operating tables without fear of prosecu- tion.

This is Heinous!!.. Abhorent...& as far as I am concerned MURDER!! Those babies born with a heart beat are LIVING humans... harvesting their still beating hearts... Dear God!!..

If a person is in court, that murdered a woman..and she was pregnant.. it's considered Double murder.. Why isn't This put in that class of offenses worthy of Maximum Jail time! It Should Be!!
