Is this like daJa Vou, another Michael Avenatti… somehow this reminds me of a v***s, someone catches it from out of the blue and the next thing we know entire regions are infected.

Mark Zaid, the attorney representing the whistleblower who sounded the alarm on President Donald Trump's dealings with Ukraine and triggered an impeachment inquiry, tells ABC News that he is now representing a second whistleblower who has spoken with the inspector general.

Zaid tells ABC News' Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos that the second person -- also described as an intelligence official -- has first-hand knowledge of some of the allegations outlined in the original complaint and has been interviewed by the head of the intelligence community's internal watchdog office, Michael Atkinson.

I wonder, what is the going rate to hire a whistleblower? Regulations does provide for monetary awards.

As I said, daJa Vou...… how many prostitutes were paid to come forward, 3, 9, 50-? Only problem with whistleblowers, they can go to jail for lying or fabricating a misleading report.

This criteria for becoming a Whistleblower is from an open-minded citizen who loves his country:

Patriotic Americans who are willing to take great personal risk to try to stop our current corrupt administration from pursuing illegal activities. If the corrupt officials believe their actions are OK they would welcome the scrutiny.

So do they think that if they change the name from "anonymous source" to "whistleblower" they become more credible? Because they're now using the "whistleblower" moniker I'm sure you're right - they will come out of the woodwork now, thinking they are being protected. They better be careful, though, because they can still be sued if they are caught lying.

What is illegal about asking for help in an on-going investigation? The USA cooperates with foreign governments in criminal investigations and most foreign governments cooperate with us. So, when did this become criminal to ask for assistance? Or is it only criminal to go after Democrats? K**lary and Obama went after Donald Trump before and after he became President. They even bought made up reports....

Laws protecting Whistleblowers are good for the American people. Trump gets caught lying every time he speaks. Laws protecting our corrupt president from being held accountable are harmful to our country. We keep saying "no one is above the law," but we continue to allow Trump's lawless administration to run amuck. Congress is now working on this obvious flaw.

It is done through intelligence services and official channels, Trump has his personal attorney running dirt down using the influence of the united states to leverage cooperation, not to mention withholding military aid. Barr seems to be doing the same thing, and I've never heard of an AG running around to other countries like this, he has people working for him that can do this if it is official in nature.

And by the way, the senate was briefed on campaign interference prior to the e******n and McConnell refused to make that information public. Obama should have made that public and didn't. They were not "going after" Trump, he and his staff had been doing such stupid things it was obvious, and nobody knew what to do with it.

Credibility comes not from the whistleblower or leaker, but from wh**ever evidence sits there to be seen. When this information comes to light the source is not nearly as important as the proofs that sit there to be seen, which is why those charged with investigating these things have every right to see the evidence, and an administration that refuses to cooperate is guilty of criminal obstruction. Obstruction often becomes worse than original complaints, and it is sure as hell easier to prove it when a president of the DOJ refuses to release documents that would prove or disprove an allegation.

Exactly, if there was nothing there and everything is on the up and up there would be no reason to refuse to release information.

It becomes criminal when the only purpose in asking for assistance from the president of a foreign country is to help our corrupt president to gain an advantage over his political rival. This shake down is not OK.

Then why doesn't Pelosi and Congress do what they are supposed to do and have a full v**e? Because she doesn't want the GOP to be able to call witnesses and cross examine. So they are trying to impeach our President the underhanded way with these people who call themselves "whistleblowers" who cannot be questioned by anyone but the Dems. And these "subpoenas" they are handing out like candy are NOT subpoenas, but "strongly worded letters". Congress cannot subpoena anyone without having a full v**e of the entire House....not just a few committees. There cannot be obstruction, if there is no charge.

And when they are telling the t***h? Those they are reporting should be going to jail.

You apparently are missing the fact that the Ukraine thing is worse than was originally reported, the more we find out the longer this was going on, and withholding military aid was a huge favor for Russia, and there were many people who knew it and had said so.

Where do you go with it not being lies?
