Here's my proposals for Avoiding E******n F***d:

Eliminate online v****g for all E******ns

Mail-in b****ts must be received no later than E******n Day, and have valid, up-to-date identification and be signed by the v**er or the b****t will not be accepted

Early v****g must be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to any E******n

No one besides the person v****g can submit a v****g b****t or sign for the v**er

Early v**ers must submit their v****g b****t in person, and have their valid, up-to-date identification with them or their b****t will not be accepted


I understand this is somewhat burdensome to v**ers, but the integrity of everyone's v**e demands it...
