Get Ready for Forced Home Inspections – Courtesy of Obamacare




Screen Shot 2014-05-24 at 8.13.25 PMOne of the little-known provisions in the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) gives the government pretext to carry out forced home inspections.

The provision allows the federal government to forcibly invade your home if they feel you are a “high risk family” that isn’t taking adequate care of your children.

So what does a high risk family look like?

According to the Health and Human Services website:
1.Families where someone owns a firearm.
2.Families where the mother is not yet 21.
3.Families where someone is a tobacco user.
4.Families where children have low student achievement, developmental delays, or disabilities.
5.Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States.

As you can see, this describes well over half of U.S. households with children at home.

What the law allows the government to do is assess the families who they believe are high risk. Naturally, the government will be making these assessments by performing massive personal data collection on families.

The $224 million dollar program “will be given to support evidence-based home visiting programs to help parents and children.” Individuals from the state will implement these leveraging strategies to “enhance program sustainability.”

As Constitutional attorney Kent Masterson Brown states:


This is not a “voluntary” program. The eligible entity receiving the grant for performing the home visits is to identify the individuals to be visited and intervene so as to meet the improvement benchmarks. A homeschooling family, for instance, may be subject to “intervention” in “school readiness” and “social-emotional developmental indicators.” A farm family may be subject to “intervention” in order to “prevent child injuries.” The sky is the limit.

Although the Obama administration would claim the provision applies only to Medicaid families, the new statute, by its own definition, has no such limitation. Intervention may be with any family for any reason. It may also result in the child or children being required to go to certain schools or taking certain medications and v*****es and even having more limited – or no – interaction with parents. The federal government will now set the standards for raising children and will enforce them by home visits.”

Bill Chumley introduced a bill, H.3101 that would nullify certain provisions of Obamacare. The bill would give the state attorney general the authority to authorize law enforcement to arrest federal agents for trespassing. It would make forced home inspections under Obamacare illegal in South Carolina. It passed in the House but died in the senate.

Now that Americans are seeing what’s really inside of Obamacare, it’s clear the bill needs to be wiped from the law books as soon as possible.

There is a lot of little kernels in the health care bill. As the ousted c*******t (ousted only because he was too blatant and public about his c*******m)Van Jones said a kernel was like an acorn that turns into a mighty oak tree. Another one of the little kernels in the health care bill is that chipping is to begin and 2017. -- And all the Christians knows what that means. Henry Kissinger has also confirmed this. This new Pope is absolutely an apostate. He, like Obama fancies himself as a great peacemaker. He has said that he does not believe someone has to accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior in order to go to heaven; and he has called Abass, who is sworn to eradicate Israel, a man of peace. This Pope is in the process of trying to work out a 7 year peace agreement between Islam and Israel. Because of Bible prophecy I believe that will happen within the next 2 years. If it does that will kick off the tribulations and the treaty will be broken in 3 1/2 years. I think the pope will be instrumental in combining Catholicism Christianity and Islam. They even have a name for it: Chrislam. He definitely would be willing to do this in order to try to bring peace to the world. All this was predicted centuries ago. Not everyone knows but today may be historic in the Biblical timeline. On this day the pope joined Islam, Jewish, and Catholic beliefs where each read from there own holy book and called for peace "AT THE VATICAN" yes all three joining, which theologians are carefully watching, believing this may mark the official day "may, with high likelihood" of the one world church. The pope " the false prophet" controlling one world religion.
Also extremely disturbing are many false Christian churches joining, Joel olstein has visited the pope to support the joining of the Christian faith.
The one world church Bible, "Bible of lies, Bible of satan" is complete and left only for final editing completing the stage for the anti Christ, and the beast

That's all a very nice photo op and feel good event. Were there any serious journalists asking hard questions, such as:

1) The Jews believe the messiah would end all wars, bring worldwide prosperity, and the evidence would be universally visible. It couldn't just be third party anecdotol evidence. How would they reconcile that with Jesus as the messiah?

2) Given the worldwide intolerance to non-muslims in majority Islamic countries, what makes anyone think they would be more tolerant if they were merged? Just look at the infighting between the Sunnis and Shiites in the Mid-East. Aside from Morocco and maybe Algeria, where else is Islam tolerant?

Maybe they'll propose alternating sabbath days to please the merged faith; one week Friday, the next week Saturday, the week after Sunday; and then repeating the cycle.

There is a several decades old group called Jews for Jesus, or Messianic Judaism. They seem like Christians prosyletizing Jews for conversion.

Comedian Jackie Mason once joked that Jews would join any group as long as they served coffee and cake.

If the feds actually enforced this, I'll bet there would be violent resistance. Would the inspector bring armed guards if they were denied admittance?

Speculation at this point, but since currently news stories are circulating of tactically dressed invasions, Bundy, the couple that googled a Sears pressure cooker, one can assume. I believe this law is in place and we will see heavy handed abuse like the IRS Targeting against those who openly speak out against the far left, but unlike the irs targeting, it would be done under the gize of the law.

I'm afraid so. They say history repeats itself. Once Obama is out of office, assuming we'll have another Dem President just judging from the e*******l college. The big question is, will his successor have the fire in the belly to follow in Obama's footsteps, that is to t***sform this country (his words)?
