The President didn't come close to "using Ukraine as a pawn". How ridiculous? If what he did isn't covered by the treaty, but I don't think it needs to be. There was "NO quid pro quo". None, so the need for the Clinton treaty is moot. You're the king of the spin meisters and I'll never try to take that prestigious award away from a straight shooter like you. BTW, the treaty at worst allowed Trump to do exactly what you people claim he did, which is more than he actually did. He didn't even go that far, but just in case he's exonerated.
