So, why

Is the media and Democrats in the House already declaring him guilty of a crime?
Why are Democrats saying he can not know who his accuser is?
Why do the Democrats say the POUS will never meet his accuser and the accuser will only be questioned in closed meeting with Democrats?

If the POUS is impeached and this goes to trial.....will the Senate respect his rights, or will they follow the rules to protect the whistleblower ignoring the constitution? Seems to me, the impeachment procedures as being applied by the House, is nothing short of a kangaroo court.


Funny how we have evolved, i******s who invade our nation and commit crimes are given free legal representative and everything afforded to citizens; they have a "right" to self defense. Yet our President can not know who is his accuser.

impeachment is a political process not a criminal one. In the event he is removed and charged for his crimes he has the same protection as anyone else.

We could say the same thing about Obama, about Hillary, about Bill, about Reagan, and about Nixon. All were assumed guilty of the crimes they committed. As for a Kangaroo court that would be Trump trying to force the reopening of the case involving H****r B***n. All Trump has to do is explain his own words and what favor he was asking Uk's president to perform for him. If it's nail Biden than Trump's impeachment will be all but complete and he will have no one to blame but himself...and a mouth that for the life of him he simply can't keep closed...

You're right!! Just more Bizarroland backward dem thinking. It's hilarious to me that the "ruling" dems are bound and determined to have this President painted as criminal and treasonous all the while using criminal and treasonous actions to portray him thus.
But, of course, the dems frequent and consistent efforts to undermine and outright flout the constitution and laws of the United States of America on are all done for the higher good. Uh huh.

Impeachment is a political ACTION taken in the event of high crimes by a politician. There must be a crime to be impeached.

I know that it is early in the day for you, and you may be unable to understand what is written.... there are no simpler word for me to use.....so go back and read S L O W L Y what I wrote as the question. The conflict is in treatment of the Whistleblower Protection Act and Articles 6 and 14 of the Constitution.

Makes me wonder what monetary award will this informant be eligible to receive.....This is the very first complaint about a President by a whistleblower, even Clinton's accusers came forward without concealment of their identity.
