In the Georgia instance the article addresses neither if firearms deer season was open at the time,
nor if the victim was wearing blaze orange clothing, both important FACTS.

In the NY instance, the only information provided about the k**ler is that he was pronounced dead.

The FACTS in evidence support no conclusions, other than that you don't give a damn about FACTS!

I fail to see the correlation between either of these stories and your title or an argument for more gun laws as neither of these events was a gun at fault.
