Confabulation is when a person makes up stories to fill in memory gaps, but instead of lying they really believe their made up stories. I kept trying to think of a term that describes the behavior of Liberals, Democrats, and other ill persons, who are constantly bringing forth stories of scandals against President Trump, Brett Kavanaugh, and other fine upstanding Americans.
I struggled before I finally found a word that describes this medical condition that so many l*****ts are suffering from.
