To impeach or not to impeach, that is the question.

According to article two of the US Constitution, a President can only be impeached for treason, high crimes and misdemeanors.

That is the Law of the land. Every accusation against Donald Trump has come up empty. No accusation against this president has ever entered a court of law. Therefore, now, if impeachment is chosen then the false accusations would finnaly be ruled on in a court of law.

Now if it does happen, then all the accusations that are proven false make the accusers t*****rs. I'm all for justice if it is just. But a false accusation is treasonous. The Democrats if they fail in the Senate, they will be branded as the party of t*****rs. Is this what they want?

Pelosi, being in fear of losing her job is calling for impeachment. It's about time these pathetic wastes of good dirt play their last card. I don't think Trump will play with them this time and by tomorrow afternoon the t***h will be out. Yet the conspirators will still walk free. I branded democrats as t*****rs a long time ago. It's not my fault a just as corrupt repug party, who happen to also be gutless is allowing their treasonous acts.

Well the accusations, in this case, are going to be given via Trump telling the president of Ukraine that he (Trump) will withhold military aid unless he opens an investigation into Joe Biden. I'm sure that type of behavior by Trump wouldn't bother you but it will bother a lot of people and it might even bother enough conservative senators that Trump could see himself impeached. And if not that we might well see enough in the middle to be persuaded that Donald Trump is simply too corrupt to continue to be president. Either way, the end result is that Trump is no longer president and you conservatives will have a new liberal president that you will have to make up new stories about. God, after 8 years of Obama how can you cons tolerate that...

Trump gave Pelosi no choice and I do like that you think your Republican politicians are somehow complicit in this. Trump gave them the same choice he has Pelosi--or do you not listen to anything that your fearless leader says???

And it's not Trump release of the transcript that's going to matter but that the Whistleblower is allowed to address Congress as he/she should have been allowed to begin with. What prompted them to come forth and is Trump's version of the transcript correct or do we add lying to congress to the charges of impeachment???

Once again u show you ignorance. The Senate has nothing to do with impeachment. The Senate tries the case if an impeachment takes place and it takes 2/3 to convict.

As a matter of record, and not hearsay or gossip, there is more evidence that Trump is telling the t***h than he is lying. On the contrary however, there is a major breach in confidentiality and classified information that is treason. Biden by his own admission had proven that he bribed Ukraine.

Biden's campaign is over. All accusations against Trump has been at best gossip and rumor. The accudation against Biden is solid and he admitted it too. that's the facts.

Ranger, I agree with you and Tug, and so far there is no crime. So I think when the democraps are shown to be t*****rs, the whole party should be thrown out of Congress. A bold move? Yes. Is this America or Finland?

Well folks, the evidence presented today in the house intelligence committee has proven to be full of false accusations and hearsay.

The DNI director was questioned and even he said the complaint was alleged. The IG thought the info was creditable but like the fact that creditability is not convinction. The whistleblower had concerns and followed the law. Now the accusation must be investigated. But Trump provided the evidence in the court of public opinion and it proved to be what it is, the president conducting p**********l business. Donald Trump is president, therefore as president he has the right and power to do what he did.. a Senator or canidates for president does not have that kind of power. Only the president has that power.

Now he asked the foreign leader to look into issues that came up in the news media for the past three years. As the head of the most powerful law enforcement branch in the country the president has a right to ask these questions and delegate the authority to the attorney general.

This is legal and constitutional. So what really happened with Joe Biden's son?
