Write it as a word document, then copy it, create your forum title, and then paste your document in the topic area. Do not perceive I am a technology guru. My Progeny taught me how to do it.

That's an excellent way AuntiE, another way would be when you are writing your post in a window- if it's a long one, use right click to copy it incase something happens to it in the process. You can 'copy' it many times as you go along and it will hold on to the latest copy that can be pasted.
