This would be great news. This is the type of thing that got passed without people realizing it under the Corporate GOP majority. Now you know Turtle Head probably won't even bring it to the floor. We are clearly in the throws of Corporate against Citizens. They have all the money, we have the masses.

Realistically, this piece of crap democrat legislation just increases the number of law suits thereby throwing millions of dollars of fresh business and income to the lawyers. More law suits = more money for lawyers.
