Introduction:
These are words of life!
I’ve said many times of late – time is short, very short! It’s time to set your heart, will, mind, and soul after our Lord and His word. It’s time to repent – NOW. The King is coming!
Wherever you find repeating patterns of events and consequences in the Bible – you’re onto something. You better take note so that you don’t become another victim of history.
There are a number of “end-times” revealed in the Bible.
●We have the original end-time of the rule and reign on earth of Lucifer, resulting in the pre-adamic fall and destruction of the world that then was. ●We have the end-times of Adam and Eve and the dispensation of innocence, resulting in the fall which saw the curse of sin enter the world. ●We have the end-times of the world of sin and evil in the days of Noah. ●We have the end-times of the world dynasty of Babylon. ●We have the end-times of all the world empires like Rome. ●We have the end-times of the modern world-system. ●We have the end-times of the Millennial world.
Each of these “end-times,” although they span world history, has amazing, consistent, repeating patterns that are evident in each of them.
They all have one major ingredient, which is pride leading to their destruction. But as each end-time approached the pride and rebellion to God increased dramatically. This is exactly where we are now, and there are dozens of lessons to be learned.
These great and tragic manifestations of end-time pride are characterised by the cry of Satan-filled man and the whole world-system: “I will” and “me now.”
Pride almost always turns to a curse in a person’s life if not dealt with.
These lessons become significant because of their repeating patterns and consequences.
2 Thessalonians 2:4 “He (antichrist) opposes and exalts himself above God.”
Daniel 11:3 “A mighty king shall arise, who shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will.”
Satan in the form of the antichrist is called “the wilful king”
Let’s look briefly at some of these ‘end times’:
►The fall of Lucifer and the pre-adamic world:
Isaiah 14:13 “You (Lucifer) have been cut down to the ground. You who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above God; I will sit on the mount of the congregation...I will ascend and I will be like the Most High, yet you shall be brought down to Sheol (hell).” (Note the “I wills”)
►The fall of Adam and Eve:
Genesis 3:6 “When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, she took of its fruit and ate. (I will eat of it) She also gave to her husband and he ate.”
“I will be like God” was the lie they bought into.
►The fall of the world in Noah’s day:
Genesis 6:3-5 “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh...Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in all the earth and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
2 Peter 2:5 “God did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood of the world of the ungodly.”
Matthew 24:37 “As in the days of Noah, so also will it be at the coming of the Son of Man...”
The people in Noah’s day thought: “We will not be judged, we will continue as always.”
►The fall of Babylon Genesis 11:3-4 “Then they said, let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly. They had bricks for (instead) of stone and asphalt for mortar. They said, ‘come let us build a tower whose top is in the heavens; and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered over the face of the earth.’”
The fall of Babylon was due to the people exalting their will above God’s.
►The fall of all the world empires: These are well documented throughout the Bible. Rome became a God-hating dynasty which was destroyed. (Revelation 2:22 17:2-6, 18:19)
►The fall of the modern world:
Isaiah 24:4-5 “The earth mourns and fades away, the world languishes and fades away; the haughty (proud) people of the earth languish. The earth is defiled under her inhabitants...because they have broken the everlasting covenant.”
Isaiah 24:19-20 “The earth is violently broken and split open. The earth is shaken exceedingly. The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall totter like a hut. Its transgressions shall be heavy upon it...” (Jeremiah 30:7, 11)
Again, as each end-time approaches, wickedness reaches a climax and people dig in with pride and rebellion against God. And each time God destroys them...and the world learns nothing again and again!
Why is modern man so wicked? Because he can! All he is doing is revealing the nature of his god. The arising of you is a terror when you are not submitted to the living God.
Instead of repentance, when judgement upon evil is approaching, all hell breaks loose. We see this classically illustrated in the following verse:
Revelation 12:12-13 “Rejoice O heavens and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea for the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that his time is short. When the dragon saw that he had been cast down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child” (Yeshua)
Do you see the relationship here between time being short, increasing wrath, and persecution of the godly and truth? This fully manifests in the tribulation. but we are in the forerunner period now.
A very soon-coming great catastrophe:
The world is on the brink of trying to make peace its own way.
You can’t have salvation without the cross, or peace without going God’s way.
Peace is not the main issue – truth is, and bear in mind that God will ultimately bring peace through war, not through the peace efforts of man.
We are now on the verge of the fall of God’s eternal covenant with Israel. This attempt at world peace (Daniel 9:27) in the form of the coming peace treaty will “confirm a covenant between Israel, the antichrist and the many” (world) It will, by default break God’s existing, eternal covenant and arouse His fury and wrath.
Daniel 11:28 “While returning to his land with great riches (antichrist), his heart shall be moved against the holy covenant; so he shall do damage and return to his land.”
Note in this prophecy above that we see the antichrist moving against the holy covenant. That could of course be the cross-bought salvation covenant, but in context it relates to God’s eternal covenant with Israel.
Here are some more shocking verses relating to God’s covenant:
Psalm 89:34 “My covenant I will not break, nor alter My word that has gone out from My mouth.”
Isaiah 28:15-18 “Because you (Israel) have said, ‘we have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol (hell) we are in agreement. When the overflowing scourge (tribulation period) passes through, it will not come to us, for we have made lies our refuge and under falsehood we have hidden ourselves’...Your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand. When the overflowing scourge (tribulation period) passes through, then you shall be trampled down by it.” Verse 22 “Destruction is determined, even upon the whole earth.”
Daniel 11:32 “Those who do wickedly against the covenant, he will corrupt with flattery; but the people who know their God shall be strong and carry out great exploits.”
Romans 11:29 “The gifts and calling of God (upon the Jews) are irrevocable.”
Daniel 11:36-37 “This king (antichrist) shall do according to his own will: He shall exalt and magnify himself above every god and shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods and shall prosper until the wrath has been accomplished; for what has been determined shall be done. He shall regard neither the god of his fathers nor the desire of women, nor any god, for he shall magnify himself above then all.”
Israel cannot sign any sort of peace covenant with the world, Palestinians, antichrist or anyone, without breaking God’s pre-existing eternal peace covenant made thousands of years ago.
Israel will be duped by the god of this world into thinking a peace covenant is the way to peace. Israel will rise up saying “I will” sign this deal. I will, I will, I will.
As Israel, rebels against God one final time, so God brings judgement in the form of the tribulation, at the same time He opens the veil of blindness upon the Jews to Himself – their Messiah of glory!
Israel, finally says, “I will exalt the Lord!”
What terrifying, wonderful, majestic drama and glory!
The target of the enemy:
In the midst of all this drama, the enemy in the form of the mass-media and its religious side-kicks will try to trip up God! Not very clever! The half-baked church will be a primary tool of the devil.
The enemy will, and is now trying very hard to obscure the cross from the Jews. The relationship and alliance between
Israel and the church is absolutely key to Israel’s seeing who their Messiah is.
The command of God to Gentile believers is “Comfort my people” not shoot them down! (Isaiah 40:1) The command of God is to bless them and stand with them.
The churches of replacement theology and many You-Tube ministries think they are doing God a favour by condemning the Jews all over again. As I’ve said before, many of them are of the spirit of Antichrist (Hitler) just without gas chambers!
There is a mass of confusion-clubs of Jezebel’s spirit and wizards all at war with the real truth and each other. All are manifesting just like in the days prior to the Holocaust, and they can’t see the blood-stained signposts of WW11.
Far too many churches are silent on the Israel issue. Silence in the face of attack is tolerance. Actually they are true betrayers.
Here is the job of the church, then and now:
Romans 10:14 “How then shall they (Israel) call on Him who they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard and how shall they hear without a preacher.”
False prophets and deceptive spirits lurk in pulpits and pews and all over the Internet!
Have a good, solid look into these incredible two verses below and note the main points:
Jeremiah 23:30-32 “I am against the prophets, says the Lord, who steal My word, everyone from his neighbour. I am against the prophets who use their tongues and say, ‘The Lord says.’ I am against those who prophesy false dreams and tell them and cause My people to err by their lies and their recklessness. I did not send them.’”
Acts 8:9-10 “There was a certain man named Simon, who previously practised sorcery in the city and astonished the people of Samaria, claiming that he was someone great, to who they all gave heed, saying ‘This man is the great power of God.’”
These two verses are a clear description of so many of our so-called prophets and teachers today?
It’s tragic when we find all this garbage in the church. We could expect it in the world and its media!
In fact, the world’s media are just like Lucifer – exalting themselves above the knowledge of God.
They speak with false authority backed by multitudes of opinions. Where there is no fear of the Lord, and truth is cast down in the street, there is no fear of their lives being on the wrong track, or fear of sin, or judgement to come. “The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.”
The precipice:
Right now we are on the very escarpment, the rocky height and cliff-edge with a sheer drop below! The political situation in Israel, with today’s election on the go, political turmoil in so many nations, the liberal left shooting themselves in the foot everywhere in the world at the same time, and all the arising anti-Semitism worldwide – are all signs we are on the edge!
Israel is about to take centre stage again. The “Deal of the Century” is about to be released. War drums are thundering on numerous Israeli horizons. Palestinians, with the world in their lap are gearing up for their final push to claim new frontiers in Israel.
Iran has a new-found weapon – hit the oil market. This can potentially cripple the world economy in a flash! Will the US allow it – no sir!
The world stands on the edge of the precipice with not even a shudder, and not even a look over their shoulder to the truth of God’s word and covenant promise to Israel.
Here are a few of the many verses revealing God’s will, plan and purpose for Israel in these days.
I strongly suggest that you study and know these verses, because they are the opposite of the world’s beliefs today:
Numbers 33:50-55 Instructions for the conquest of Canaan (Promised Land): “Moses, speak to the children of Israel and say to them: When you have crossed the Jordan into the land of Canaan, then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their moulded images and demolish all their high places...but if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those who let remain, shall be irritants in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall harass you in the land where you dwell.”
Nehemiah 2:19-20 (Nehemiah comes to Jerusalem and views the wall) “But when Sanballat the horonite, Tobiah the Ammonite official and Geshem the Arab heard of it they laughed us to scorn and despised us saying, ‘What is this thing that you are doing? Will you rebel against the king?’ So I answered them and said to them, ‘The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build, but you have no heritage or memorial in Jerusalem.”
Obadiah 1:10 “For violence (Lit-Chamac, Hamas in English) against your brother Jacob (Israel) shame shall cover you and you shall be cut off forever.”
Isaiah 14:27 “For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out and who will turn it back?” (This discourse is centred on the destruction of Assyria, and Philistia, the modern day Palestinians.)
God’s will is not for any sort of arrangement that would see Islam become the majority. God’s will is above democracy!
The answer to “I will:”
Of course there is no harm in strong determination to excel or do your best, but when the “I will” violates God’s will that’s where the problem lies.
The answer is humility before the Lord. The answer is yielding to the word and not the world.
1 Peter 5:6 “Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.”
“I will” is always a matter of choice. “I will humble myself” shows exactly whose responsibility it is!
