Should he be thrown out of the country (GOOD THING IT WAS NOT AN OBAMA APPOINTMENT OR THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED BY THE AMERICAN PATRIOT) The headlines would have Said (OBAMA APPOINTED JUDGE ELIMINATES THE TERRORIST WATCH LIST) But rule of law was his only choice.

But let’s look at the actual case that this judge ruled on. Now the terror watch list is going nowhere regardless of your conspiracy theorist at American Patriot and all the American Patriot has done is left out a lot of facts and used misinformation to fire up the i***t right, and the i***t right goes to there old faithful ( F**e News)

First Omar has stated she is not against the terrorist watch list. So put that to rest I am not crazy about Omar so let’s clear that up.

The judge took a number of people. The judge found there was no evidence, or contention, that any of these plaintiffs satisfy the definition of a known terrorist, it showed that non dangerous conduct could land you on the list.

The judge took into consideration the testimony of 23 American citizens who were wrongly put on the list.

It violated due process because there were no clear standard for people to be included or removed. So the government has to include a standard for people on the list have there day in court. But the i***t right wants to make a big deal out of nothing.

The reason for the judges ruling is the government did not provide a live hearing at which you could testify or give you an opportunity to cross examine witnesses against you. (SO THE GOVERNMENT HAD DENIED DUE PROCESS FOR OVER 23 AMERICAN CITIZENS AND THATS UNCONSTITUTIONAL. YOU CAN’T DENY DUE PROCESS)

So you can put the BS conspiracy to rest the terrorist watch list is going nowhere but the government just has to put in a process for American citizens that have been put on the list a day in court.

But Trump never indicated the W***e S*********t groups, White Nationalist, Neo N**ie groups, or KKK groups more than reach the threshold but Trump tells you these are good people but A****a should be on the watch list.

So the Judge in this case just pointed out violations in our constitution and it’s up to the federal government to correct the problem with due process. I can accuse you of being an i***t but does that mean you are an i***t. Of course not your not an i***t because you are entitled to your own opinion but you damm sure are not entitled your facts when your just dealing with misinformation put out by a right leaning conspiracy theorist that wrote an OP-Ed.
Look up the definition of OP-ED versus news. It disgust me when I see this kind of right leaning garbage and Trump supporters refused to research the entire subject of the watch list. So the judge appointed by Bush Omar agreed with the ruling but Omar should be removed from this country but the judge that made the ruling can stay.

The terrorist watch list is going nowhere. The American people that were put on the list received letters from the federal government and 23 took it to court and the Judge ruled it was unconstitutional because they were denied due process.

“I have heard of horrifying stories of Muslim Americans who were placed on the so called ‘watch list,’ with no pathway (you know, due process!) to getting their names removed. Today, it’s Muslims, but tomorrow it can be you, if we don’t stop this madness,” Tlaib tweeted.

Many Americans found these remarks offensive.

Conservatives had criticized the manner in which gun grabbers sought to exploit the terrorist watch list to try and ram “no fly no buy” laws through Congress to restrict thousands of Americans from purchasing firearms.

But they stop short of cheering the government tracking Islamic terrorists and preventing them from doing the country harm.

American soldiers fought and died to protect the nation from Islamic terrorism and Omar and Tlaib minimized that sacrifice.

Many Americans believe Omar and Tlaib do not share their goals.

That’s because they regularly give aid and comfort to terrorist supporting organizations.

When Omar waived away 9/11 as “some people that did something”, Omar spoke at an event sponsored by the Council on American Islamic (CAIR) relations.

Critics accuse CAIR of being a front group for the Islamic terrorist group Hamas.

And Rashida Tlaib met with the Palestinian Youth Movement group.

Critics allege the Palestinian Youth Movement supports terrorism because speakers at a group conference promoted kidnapping Israeli soldiers and Facebook posts supporting the “martyrs” that died in suicide bombings.

Omar and Tlaib’s handmaidens in the f**e news media will no doubt try to dismiss their controversies or “provide context.”

But anything they say would be a lie to confuse the American people from recognizing the t***h was staring them right in the face.

Unfortunately for Omar and Tlaib, the American people can see them for what they really are.
