Trump Slams Obama and His Illegal DACA Order – Plans to ‘Unsign’ It

The Obama-era was a tragedy for the United States of America. It was a time when the Democratic regime decimated the country with regulations and agreements that were designed to hurt the nation. President Trump has worked hard to free the country from the clutches of bad deals and over-regulation. One such deal that Obama should have never signed, let alone the right to sign, was that migrants that came to America as a minor were protected from deportation laws.

President Trump has stated that “President Obama never had the legal right to sign DACA, and he indicated so at the time of signing. But In any event, how can he have the right to sign and I don’t have the right to ‘unsign.’ The illegal document which would give the President new powers.” The DACA program is illegal and should be done away with. The I*********n L*w Institute has also stated that such a law is illegal and Obama never had the right to sign it into being.

But that is what the devilish Democrats do. They sign documents and invent laws that are not legal for them to develop without it going through the proper channels. Obama abused his executive authority when he signed the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals back in 2012. The program gave 700,000 i******s the right to stay in America for two more years without the fear of being deported. These illegal Dreamers as they are called are going to have to dream of a new way of living in America when they are sent back to their country of origin.

President Trump has also stated with good reason that “DACA will be going before the Supreme Court. It is a document that even President Obama didn’t feel he had the legal right to sign — he signed it anyway.”

The good news is that in 2017 President Trump proposed a plan that would have a phase-out DACA. But sadly the devilish liberal judges blocked the proposal. They effectively said that the DACA program should start over. The president does have broad authority when it comes to immigration and the laws that surround the issue. For a federal judge to tell the president what he can and cannot do is highly unconstitutional. Many of the DACA people believe that they should have to be notified before the program is canceled or before they are sent home. But no law exists. The president can change those laws without such notification being sent out.

The Supreme Court is going to have to get involved to clarify what is legal and what is not. Obama admitted to signing an order that was not in his power to sign. Many suspect the Supreme Court is going to cancel the DACA program and order all the 700,000 people out of the country. The Justice Department has also stated that when President Trump ended the program that he did so lawfully. There was nothing that he did wrong. Which just goes to prove that the president does things legally and lawfully unlike the unruly Democrats.

The President has assured the nation that “DACA will be going before the Supreme Court. It is a document that even President Obama didn’t feel he had the legal right to sign — he signed it anyway! Rest assured that if the SC does what all say it must be based on the law, a bipartisan deal will be made to the benefit of all!”

Congress still has a job to do on the immigration issue. But they are not doing anything to get that job done. The Democrats that hold the majority have wasted their time and will suffer for it in 2020. The president is waiting for them to act, so he can sign into law the new laws that will once and for all protect this country from i******s trying to navigate their way into America. The new laws will have to close the loopholes that so many people in the world are using to illegally enter America.

This is a very sensitive and difficult situation that we are facing, with all these Poor Illegal Children are going through.I blame the Democrats, 100% and it is going to be a total Chaos, for our Country and it's People. I hope President Trump can fix this and end the Illegal Trespassers!!! Permanently. Now what do Y'all believe?

The so called Dreamers were brought here illegally. That is not the fault of America. It is the fault of the parents breaking our laws. No one should benefit because someone broke the law.

We have now paid for these i******s for years with free schooling and who knows how many other undeserved benefits. The dreamers owe America for all that free stuff and the freedom and protection that America provided.

But, as kids, they were innocent. As they turned 18, they were no longer innocent. They need to all go back to the country of their origin. And don't tell me they can't speak that language. They couldn't speak English when they came here. They had to learn. And they can learn another new language, even if they long ago forgot how to speak it.

Here is my proposal. Voluntarily leave America. One year should be enough to settle their affairs and move. And we would never get away with less then 2 years. So make it two years. Anyone who remains and is found would be permanently deported and put under a classification of never being allowed back in to America for any reason. Even humanitarian.

Next, for those that leave, they have a good education provided by America for free. If not, it was their fault for not taking advantage with what was provided. Screw them. Meanwhile the educated could go back to their former country and get good jobs and help bring their former country up so it isn't a country they would need to leave. They would all be granted a chance to go to their local American Embassy and apply legally to immigrate to America. With a good, non criminal record and a good education and work record, they should be good candidates for re-admission to America after a five year waiting period and eventually given the opportunity to become American citizens, legally. That would be a humanitarian solution.

One other thing. Those that brought them to America would also have to be deported, permanently. They brought their kids to America for a better life. Now go home so that a better life can be legalized formerly for their kids and they can become permanent legal citizens.

This is i***t rhetoric, too many regulations designed to destroy the country....

Regulations are designed to force corporations not to dump their toxic crap in water, to pay fines and cleanup expenses when they have "accidental" spills. The idea that an industry that makes hundreds of billions of dollars can't bear the burden of doing what they do and foot the bill for doing it in a clean and responsible way is truly i***tic. The idea that holding them responsible for cleaning up their toxic messes or paying to dispose of them rather than dumping them will destroy their businesses is i***tic.

So the alternative of not regulating industries, which is that they are not held accountable for spills, is that the government is forced to clean up their messes, that is beyond i***tic and well into moronic territory.

It's pretty straightforward, they came in as children, but not legally. How many years have they been living off America's teat? 20 or 30? More? If they haven't gotten citizenship by now they don't belong here.

I have rather a major complaint... during the debate... in Houston, we are Americans...one of the steps to becoming a citizen is to Learn english... why was there someone there, questioning in spanish!? To earn citizenship.. folks have to learn our laws, constitution and bill of rights and have to be able to satisfy questions during their schooling in english.. I don't want to have to press 1 for english.. I think that's T total bulls**t.. I should NOT have to learn a foreign language in my own country.. If I went say to Mexico.. I'd learn at least rudimentary spanish to get me around.. my former husband was castillian spanish.. he taught me "proper spanish" much like oxford english is entirely different to American english, so castillian spanish different to mexican spanish or "spanglish"..

So instead of saying `Donde esta la banos, I'd ask `Donde esta el sanitario.. banos being bathroom and el sanitario, being wash room.. subtle differences but still differences.. I'd learn rudimentary German should I go to Germany, or France or Italy. so WHY is it so Freaking difficult for Mexicans and south americans in general to do the same... I'm sorry But I find it a matter of deep disrespect.. OH yea and By the way.. Again NO American f**gs on stage behind the candidates running for the DNC... just another show of disrespect to this country and it's people!.. America may be a melting pot as I've heard Ad Nausea... but the fact remains that our ancestors that came here legally for that better life learned how to speak english if they didn't know it.. coming from other places that are not english speaking, say german, italian, russian... etc etc...Not everyone in the old days came here from english speaking countries... the Native language of this country..ENGLISH!!~ Unlike the fools comin in to this country now! The dutch for instance take p***e in their learning english and actually prefer speaking english to dutch.. As I have said in several posts.. my hobby takes me to a place where there are people from all walks of life and from all over the world, and they do their Damndest to learn or speak english.. while it's not the "official or universal" language, it seems to be the Preferred language in this U.S. of A!

Also, I am in full agreement, these people had all this time to legally become citizens but they haven't.. should be shipped back to where they came from..libs want to give I******S a drivers license, which is a Priviledge NOT a right!!!

Something we should all remember, what the gov't gives, it can take away!!, as evidenced by our rights... freedom of speech and the right to keep n bear arms...these first two.. protect the rest..
