Israel did not orchestrate the attacks on the Saudi oil facilities and Israel did not plant IMSI catchers or Stingray devices near the WH. On May 22 this year, the DHS sent a letter to democrat senator Ron Wyden stating that a study conducted from January to November of 2017 found anomalous activity that appeared consistent with IMSI catcher technology within Washington DC, including locations in proximity to potentially sensitive facilities like the White House. Please note that DHS conducted this 11 month investigation 2 years ago and concluded that the devices were planted by a FOREIGN ADVERSARY. Israel is not our adversary. China is.

Question is why in God's name would Israel jeopardize its relationship with the United States by conducting espionage in DC? The Israeli government prohibits spying in the US.

It's the centuries old Sunni/Shia schism. Evidence indicates Iranian arms were used in the attacks. It is a matter of record that as far back as 2000, Israel and the Sunni Arab states--such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UAE--began talks on an alliance against Iranian aggression in and around the ME. An Israel-Arab coalition emerged in 2017.
