In the first place, Nadler is a real i***t. Pelosi doesn't know what to do, she sees the Democrats chomping at the bit so she h**es to stifle something that is anti-Trump. I think she's just hoping to keep Democrats hot enough after Trump that it will spill over to Nov 2020. That may be BS but I don't know why else she would go along this far with something she knows can't produce Trump's removal. Who knows why these Democrats have acted so crazy over the past 3 years.

It might not go anywhere, then again, it might. Impeachment isn't begun to see if impeachment is warranted, it is begun because the preliminary investigation found probable cause. The House is beginning the preliminary investigation.

Probable cause has yet to be found, that's what preliminary investigations are for. One doesn't file articles of impeachment then put a case together, the case must be made first.
