A New Way Of Electing Our USA President and Vice-President

I propose the following Amendment to Our USA Constitution:
The P**********l and Vice-P**********l E******n Amendment:
The USA Constitution's Article 2 Section 1 shall be revised to have the Congressional House E*****rates cast their v**e for the winner of their Congressional District, and the Congressional Senate E*****rates cast their v**e for the winner of their State's popular v**e. Washington, D.C.'s E*****rates are cast as well.
The winners of every State's seats in both Houses of Congress, and Washington, D.C. E*****rates, decide the President, not just the winner of the States' and Washington, D.C.'s popular v**e.

How we elect our Presidents is not the problem. The problem is some people do not want to except the results. If a half dozen large states alone could determine by popular v**e then other 44 would not be represented - not fair. The fair way would be a law to throw out any City, any County and any state that allow non-citizens to v**e or refuse to have a system to prevent Fraud V****g. Then the people could know
that the results are legal.

That is easy to fix. Only US citizen taxpayers could v**e. We fund the government operations, therefore it is our decision how they expend the money and manage the country.
With this I think we could avoid so much fraud currently done by the Socialist-Democrats. Radical-DEMS are mostly fraudulent and corrupt.

I'm glad someone else is backing what I have been saying for over 40 years. This is the system that is used by only 2 states, Maine and Nebraska. This would take away the power of a few large states and spread it among all states. As it currently stands, a candidate would only need to win the 'right' 11 states, and even then they would only need to win the densely populated cities where most v***r f***d occurs.
