Regardless of your partisan reaction to that, it shines a light on a cold hard fact...we now have a president who is the president of less than half of the population.
I remember discussions with a friend back when Bush was president, and he was filled with awe at the stud "his president" was when he did the aircraft carrier jet ride thing. I told him it still didn't change the fact that "we" had a president that was mentally r****ded, which I actually think was true. He told me to stop disrespecting his president...I told him he was my president as well, and whether I like him or v**ed for him or not he was still the president of this country.
Later when Obama took office he was bashing him in ways that have nothing to do with the performance of a president or the job they are doing. I asked him why he was bashing our president, mainly pointing out the contradiction of his attitude between presidents and pointing out that it's okay to criticize presidents you don't like but they are still your president. He said this isn't my president, I did not v**e for him.
...Those in the military fight for a president and the country whether they like him or not
...Those in the DOJ defend the law, not the president whether they like him or not
...People expect the government to represent them, not corporate and business interests
...Police defend the law, not p**********l agendas
...The president needs to let congress and the senate pass the laws and he signs them or doesn't
If a president has opposition in the house and senate to things he wants to do it's because the people are having their say by expressing support or opposition to the legislative process. Show me where it's the president's job to create laws, to declare or create wars in non emergency conditions. Obama had agendas in Iraq and Afghanistan that congress shot down and he adhered to the will of congress. He let congress hammer out trade deals that took months and years of state department diplomacy. Congress during GOP control before dems took over cut a bipartisan deal that was to provide $30 Billion for border security that included DACA and immigration policies, that would have been a far greater deal than what Trump is doing.

"fight for the president and the country." We took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all comers.

Trump is indeed a president for all Americans. Those of the socialist/Progressive mindset rejects him because trump rejects their social engineering, Obama's class warfare tactics and their destructive political agenda. Obama intentionally was not a president for all Americans being more conscious of supporting b****s or at least giving the appearance of doing so. Trump has done more for minorities than Obama ever did or ever could because Obama was laser focused on fundamentally changing America into a socialist nation. This is the only legacy for which he will eventually be remembered - not by his acolytes but by those Americans faithful to the Constitution and traditional American morals and values!

I quite agree. I did mention that "Those of the Socialist/Progressive etc. reject him.". You're not the type of individual I'd put any trust or confidence in either

Then leave and support Maduro, Putin or Kim as your president. I don't support you as a valid citizen of the US who is capable of v****g for a president.

They want to be dictator of all the people. You have to read between the lines when Dems speak.
We, American citizens, v**e for politicians who say in their speeches that they promise to abide by our Constitution thereby promising that their policies past will in greater enforcement of our laws for our protection against enemies both within and without who desire to grow government at our expense. This means our way of life in the private sector enjoys low taxes and greater opportunity for entrepreneurship in the "free market."
The "new world order" presidents of the past did not have this mindset. Our education system run by the teacher's union currently does not have this mindset. The owners of the television stations that are supposed to have this mindset do not; and, they haven't had it ever since their "blossoming" as everyday news source since the Viet Nam War.
President Trump was not "brainwashed" with "globalism" which is just the old Marxism of Europe funded by the Rothschild cartel "who are the guardians of the Vatican treasury (Jewish Encyclopedia). He is an American Constitutionalist who controls his own money and not a "bought" politician. The CFR guys can't stand it, i.e., "Dimon of Wall Street and the rest of the employees of the News media cabal are having fits of anger and revenge. They don't like being uncovered for the powermongers that they are. They want there to be no middle class in our society and they want us to be s***es. They like the fact that "debt is money." This is one big way they control us now. So they are trying to assassinate our president like they did Kennedy when he tried to replace the FED dollar with the Congressional dollar.
