Chick-fil-A’s future relies on the results of a brand new lawsuit

Democrats want nothing more than to take down Chick-fil-A.

They are furious that the company is willing to stand by their Christian beliefs.

And now Chick-fil-A’s future relies on the results of a brand new lawsuit.

Earlier this year, the city of San Antonio, TX took a major swipe at Chick-fil-A denying them the ability to open up in their local airport.

The city council cites the company’s Christian beliefs, specifically their opposition to gay marriage.

But now a group of Chick-fil-A fans in Texas are fighting back, filing a lawsuit against the city demanding they reverse course.

The group cites a June law signed by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, which prevents the government from taking unfavorable action against a person or company due to their religious contributions.

Fox News reports:

Five Texas fans of Chick-fil-A have filed a lawsuit against the city of San Antonio for its decision to ban the chicken-centric chain from opening up shop in the local airport. In March, city council officials rejected the restaurant’s bid to open a new location in San Antonio International Airport due to the company’s alleged “legacy of anti-L***Q behavior.”

On Sept. 5, plaintiffs Patrick Von Dohlen, Brian Greco, Kevin Jason Khattar, Michael Knuffke and Daniel Petri filed suit against the city under S.B. 1978, otherwise known as the “Save Chick-fil-A Bill.”

Supporters of the bill argue that the provision, signed by Gov. Greg Abbott in June, defends the fast-food restaurant and protects religious freedoms, while opponents say it discriminates against the L***Q community.

The new law stops the government from taking unfavorable action against a business or person for contributing to religious organizations.

“The continued religious ban on Chick-fil-A by the San Antonio City Council has left citizens with no choice but to take this case to court,” Jonathan Saenz, president of conservative group Texas Values Action said of the lawsuit in a statement on Monday, as per The Texas Tribune. “Any other vendor that tries to replace Chick-fil-A at the airport will be doing so under a major cloud of long and costly litigation with the city.”

This lawsuit will test the new Texas law.

And, if the city wins against Chick-fil-A, it will show other Left-wing cities they can fight back against Christian business owners.

Chick-fil-A is the top-rated fast food chain in America.

So the Left’s only bet to stop their success is using their power within the government.

Do you think the Left should leave Chick-fil-A alone?

Chick-filA does not discriminate when hiring or serving customers and this evil harassment should be stopped immediate and compensation in the millions paid to Chick Fil A for the years of harassment.

Has anybody seen a sign at any Chick-fil-A saying NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO F*GGOTS! and even if they did have a sign it would only be protecting their customers from those death plagues the fluffer boys got from average looking monkeys, some out of wedlock.

Currently, the #3 fast food outlet and they close on Sunday. They haven't even spread to every state yet. They did open a new one in Quebec, Canada. The L***Q had a die-in in front of the store and people were stepping over them to get into the store. Loved the video.

Please provide the list of ingredients for both Popeyes and Chic Fl A and the comparison of chemicals in each. I have not seen the breakdown for each but if you are comparing the preservatives of each you should be able to provide the list and breakdown. Frankly, I seldom eat food that we don't cook at home, and since we get the chicken from our neighbors, who use no chemical toxins in their chicken raising, I have never worried about it.

A new Chick-fil-A opened up in our neighborhood recently. The line for drive-thru is almost always around the block at meal times. Their parking lot is almost always completely full. All the neighboring fast food chains are empty. Their breakfast bowl is soooooo good and their special sauce is to die for. They have a LOT of support here!

Their menu is not huge, but the chicken is tender and moist and very flavorful every single time. Never dried out or stringy like other fast food places. It's always good, no matter what item you get. I would drive a lot longer than 40 miles to get to one. Thank goodness I don't have to. I just heard they are going to open another one up in a town not too far away, too. I think their business is doing very well from what I can see!
