The theory that Obama wasn’t born in America, therefore making him an ill********e P*******t, is shared by many people including former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore.
Moore previously stated he doesn’t believe Obama was born in America sparking a huge debate.

If you were ever one to question Obama’s real nation of origin you would have been labeled a “Birther” by the radical left and the media. There is a good reason why a President of the United States is required to be born in the country. If the President was indeed born in a foreign country, he may not have Americ’s best interest at heart.



Many of Obama’s actions during his eight years as President seemed as if he didn’t have our country’s best interest in mind. After all, look at how divided we are since he left office. The country is facing a crisis like we haven’t seen in decades, and Obama and the Democrats are to blame for that.



Now thanks to Obama’s half brother, we have been given more information on his actual birth place. Malik Obama has spent years trying to reveal the t***h about Barack Obama and tweeted an image back in March possibly revealing Obama’s true birth certificate.

Malik Obama, Barack Obama’s half-brother, tweeted an image of what appears to be Barack’s birth certificate.

Except it’s not from Hawaii, but rather Kenya.

The media is already labeling Malik’s release as a giant conspiracy. Americans should admit it is important to be cautious until the evidence is reviewed. The liberal calling card is to jump to conclusions that fit their agenda, no matter what the evidence really is, and that is the last thing conservatives should do.



If the information provided by Malik is proven true, what would that mean for Obama? Is there anything that can be done or is it too little too late? Either way, it hasn’t stopped Moore from trying to get to the bottom of the situation.

Moore has been calling into question Obama’s legitimacy since 2008. Since that time, he has consistently made his position very clear on the matter.

Former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore has in the past raised questions about whether former President Barack Obama is a natural-born citizen.

During a Constitution Party meeting in December, Moore, a GOP candidate in Alabama’s Senate special e******n, was asked about how he defines a natural-born citizen as a qualification for president.

“My opinion is, there is a big question about that,” Moore said, according to CNN’s KFile.


“My personal belief is that he wasn’t, but that’s probably over and done in a few days unless we get something else to come along.”
In 2008, Moore also raised questions about Obama’s citizenship.
“I don’t see any reason a candidate who has such a serious question would not come forward with the t***h about where he was born,” Moore said in 2008.
“Obama has the answer,” Moore added. “He knows where he was born. If he tells something that’s untrue that’s another matter. It’s not an Obama issue, it’s an American issue. It’s about the Constitution of the United States.”
Moore has called into question Obama’s citizenship other times since 2008, according to CNN.

Malik Obama’s recent revelation has certainly reignited a debate that Barack Obama would rather see stay buried, but many people are determined to get to the bottom of it. If Obama did lie, there is probably not much that can be done but it would mean he lied. If the former president did lie, what was to stop him from being dishonest about numerous other important issues that could have far reaching implications.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Technically, every person running for president must provide sufficient documentation to meet the requirements spelled out by the Constitution. That documentation has to be filed with the proper federal and state government agencies, generally the Secretary of State offices in each state. If a candidate fails to provide the necessary paperwork and documentation, they legally are not allowed to run for office.

Prior to the 2008 e******n, Barak Hussein Obama NEVER filed the required documentation that would prove he is eligible to run for and hold the office of president. Yet, the federal government agency in charge of certifying candidate eligibility or any of the state agencies bother to certify Obama’ eligibility, even though there were enough sources that placed Obama’s place of birth of being Kenya, not Hawaii.

Note that during the 2008 campaign season, Bill Clinton was the loudest birther, challenging Obama’s eligibility to run for president, until one day when he suddenly went silent on the issue of Obama’s birth and never spoke about it again. Conspiracy theorists began circulating a video interview with a female Clinton staffer who overheard Bill Clinton being threatened by someone associated with Obama. The threat stated that the life of Clinton’s daughter Chelsea was in danger if Bill Clinton continued to question Obama’s birthplace and eligibility.

Over a year after Obama was sworn into office, the White House presented what they labeled as Obama’s official birth certificate. An investigation by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Posse proved that the White House presented birth certificate that was a forgery and a poor one at that. Then Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio went public with his department’s evidence that the birth certificate was a forgery. His department’s evidence was later used in several court challenges, but in every case, a liberal judge dismissed the evidence and ruled in Obama’s favor.

Some who still believe that Obama was not legally qualified to run for president point out that Obama looks more like his self-professed mentor, socialist Frank Marshall Davis than he does with Barack Obama Sr, a native Kenyan. Malik Obama, Barack’s half-brother looks like Obama senior but bears little to no resemblance to America’s most corrupt leader in history.

It is obvious that Democrats disregard the legal requirements for the presidency, when it applies to one of their own. But when it comes to their opponents, they not only want to hold to every letter of the law, but they go out of their way to create new laws with new requirements to prevent their opponents from being on the b****t.

Case in point is what has and is happening in California.

There is NO law requiring any candidate to make their tax returns public. Over the past couple of decades, most p**********l candidates have made their returns public, but Donald Trump has refused. His refusal to follow a ‘tradition’ has raised the ire of Democrats, who continue to try to make revealing tax returns public a mandated requirement.

California’s legislature is dominated and controlled by socialist Democrats who took it upon themselves to pass a state law requiring any p**********l and gubernatorial candidate to make their tax returns public in order to appear on the b****t. They call it the P**********l Tax T***sparency and Accountability Act and it has Republicans concerned about California’s primary e******n in March of 2020.

Jessica Patterson, Chair or the California Republican Party commented:

“We’re not talking about keeping President Trump off the b****t in the general e******n, but what this will do is make sure that Republican v**ers stay home for the primaries and give Democrats a big opportunity when it comes to the general e******n.”

Scott Wiener, California State Senator and Democrat, commented:

“While Donald Trump surfaced the tax return loophole that SB 27 closes, this isn’t about Trump, rather, it’s about all p**********l candidates from all parties. When someone is seeking to become the most powerful person in the world, the v**ers deserve basic information about the person’s finances. That’s all we’re asking for.”

Sorry Sen. Wiener, but saying that has nothing to do with Trump is a blatant lie. I heard interviews with several Democratic lawmakers in California who said the law was introduced for the sole purpose of forcing Trump to release his tax returns or not be allowed on the b****t.

It’s clear that when it comes to meeting p**********l candidate requirements, there is a great deal of hypocrisy among Democrats. Their candidates, specifically Barack Hussein Obama, don’t have to meet the qualifications established by the US Constitution, but when it comes to Donald Trump, they will create new laws in an effort to prevent him from appearing on the b****ts.

This is what American politics has become.

The constitution requirements to be president of the United States.
Legal requirements for p**********l candidates have remained the same since the year Washington accepted the presidency. As directed by the Constitution, a p**********l candidate must, a citizen before framing of the constitution, be a natural born citizen of the United States, a resident for 14 years, and 35 years of age or older. These requirements do not prohibit women or minority candidates from running.
Natural born means born in the United States with American parents.
Therefore Obama failed to meet the requirements. That was a constitutional violation.

On the contrary the democrats have been forcing president Trump to disclose his tax returns. The democrats in California, also wants to mandate that all p**********l candidates must disclose their tax returns.

Forcing president Trump release his tax return is unconstitutional, a violation of Amendment IV.
President Trump has the right to keep secure his own documents from forced disclosures, unless a tangible warrant of proof is presented. Mandate disclosures by all candidates is a violation of Amendment IV.

The Fourth Amendment originally enforced the notion that “each man’s home is his castle”, secure from unreasonable searches and seizures of property by the government. It protects against arbitrary arrests, and is the basis of the law regarding search warrants, stop-and-frisk, safety inspections, wiretaps, and other forms of surveillance, as well as being central to many other criminal law topics and to privacy law.
