Yes, they do! Suckers. It was more than twice as much when I was in stationed in Europe almost 50 years ago. The situation is much worse now. European have such a high tax that they end up paying as much as three to four time more than we do in the U.S. And it still doesn't combat g****l w*****g because they have missed their targets for reducing carbon emissions, whereas the U.S. is not increasing their and in many instances has lowered them.

not only that but solar panels in England are a big failure per what I read this morning. I wonder just how many boondoggles will be sold before the world will wake up and realize that the world will someday find a way too by-pass generating Electricity without hydrocarbons but right now water and coal are the most reliable bets.
