What gun control law would have worked now?

The stupid, i***tic, power grabbing, Constitution hating Democrats are demanding yet another gun control law and using the latest shooting that k**led 7 in Texas as a reason. First off the murderer doing the shooting failed a background check. In other words he couldn't legally buy a gun. Secondly he had already shown many signs that he was unstable and had shot guns at night at animals according to his neighbors. Sounds like he was already breaking existing laws. So why wasn't he already being evaluated? What new gun law would have stopped this?

The red f**g laws that are on the books right now are against the constitution which guarantees that a man is innocent until proven guilty the red f**g laws makes a person guilty until such time that he can prove his or her innocence which is a complete reversal of the US constitution.

There is no such thing as a gun law. A gun law would put restriction on the Second Amendment. Anyone writing a gun law or v****g for one has violated his oath and the laws of the Constitution. If the other two branches of government don't try these Congressmen and our military don't remove them then it is our duty to remove them. If we fail to remove them from office then we deserve what ever these tyrants dish out and steal.

The laws were all there, the k**ler FAILED an NICS background check, that means that he provided false information on Federal Form 4473, a Federal Felony. Not only did BATFE fail to investigate that crime, they also failed to notify State Authorities that the individual had unlawfully attempted to purchase a firearm. Next, when he was reported for a firearms related incident, the police failed to do a background check. Had EXISTING laws been enforced the k**ler would have been in prison, not on the street with a gun!

You are absolutely 100% right. We don't need more laws, we need the laws now on the books enforced! Mike

Private gun sales that don’t adhere to gun laws are illegal gun sales! U cannot control illegal gun sales! My first husband had a federal firearms license and sold guns from our home! He always followed the laws! The answer is not stricter guns laws it’s stricter enforcement and punishment for breaking those laws!!! Death penalty etc!!!!

For anyone who is an advocate for gun control, please take a look at a web site that presents a very damning picture of gun and other crimes in Chicago, one of the most "gun-controlled" cities in the US. https://heyjackass.com/ (yes, that's the website - not trolling here!)

Thanks. The gun grabbers know that criminals will still get guns. They just want power and the stupid sheeple go right along.
