I can't answer that, except for the possibility that one can read or follow OPP without being allowed to post.* But, I can't really explain with any certainty.

*I believe that had been true with PoppaGringo & BadBobby.

While I was suspended for a week last year after experimenting with the exact limits of language censoring, I was able to remain online to read and peruse, but was unable to post even IM's. It was like everyone put me on ignore at once.

I got over it. Learned a lot.
