byrong, if they are being cursed, the innocent in the womb has nothing to do with it. If God commands their murder, he violates his own commandments.

God violates his own commandments? Who died and made you the judge of God? Wow!

And why shouldn't we judge god? We are expected to follow him. How can we follow an entity that can't even follow his own commandments?

Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Make no mistake, everyone is going to have to stand before Him and give an account.

Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found... (show quote)

And its never too late to call upon Him until our last breath is taken.

22 The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease,
For His compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
Great is Your faithfulness.

Sorry, this stuff about cherry-picking verses is both valid and not. God clearly states, commands, to k**l all in Canaan: is that cherry-picked and somehow wrong?

Do you even know why He commanded that? You have no idea what you're talking about.

To call yourself a follower of Jesus Christ is a joke!

AMAZING! For once I agree with you Pete! Just like man is wrong about man-made global warning.

God doesn’t issue commands to Himself. He is not subject to the same moral obligations and prohibitions that we are. For example, I have no right to take an innocent life. For me to do so would be murder. But God can give and take life as He chooses. We recognize this when we accuse some authority who presumes to take life as "playing God." Human authorities claim for themselves rights which belong only to God. God is under no obligation whatsoever to extend my life for another second. If He wanted to strike me dead right now, that’s His prerogative. He started our lives, and he will end them when he sees fit. A human who ends another human's life is a murderer according to God's commandments.

And a person's life on earth isn't the issue. Perhaps these innocent lives are too good to have to spend years here on earth and go directly home to heaven. The length of your life here is not what anyone should worry about. What our eternal future brings is what we should be concerned about. Again, mocking, doubting, denying and judging the Almighty is arrogance wedded to ignorance

Yes, Rick, and believers have nothing to worry about when death comes. My dad said to me when he was 3 days away from dying: that the best day of life on earth for us was just the tip of the iceberg of what is waiting for us. He married our mom.

"To call yourself (JediKnight) a follower of Jesus Christ is a joke!"

That sure seems to be the case.
Liberals sure can come up with hypocrisy on many levels.
