I do not know what to say, just read the article....it is short. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/judge-rules-terrorism-watchlist-violates-constitutional-rights/ar-AAGOFyw?ocid=spartanntp

But, do notice what group made this possible.

I take it this is the same watch list that Ted Kennedy was, and likely still on? Gosh, I can't understand why. I do like how you con's always choose your security over your freedom...then you will sit there and whine about how we liberals have just taken your freedom away.

Judges aren’t infallible when it comes tk the constitution. They all bring their own bias.

Its no surprise you support a h**e group. You should try and break free from your h**e and bitterness. You find an odd comfort in it.

I support a h**e group? How is it you conservatives are all up about freedom and liberty and the first time someone says boo you are the first to give up your freedom and liberty? The list contained US citizens and as much as you are disgusted by it US citizens, even ones we don't like, have rights. It's those rights that the judge is protecting--rights that I support--not any terrorist groups...

See what I mean? You are indeed consumed by h**e and for what? It gets you nowhere.

You are only for rights you agree with and you’ve shown that time and again. You don’t support this groups rights. You use this as another reason to h**e those who don’t share your twisted view of the world.

Free yourself. Don’t remain a s***e to your emotions.

Yes and I see that CAIR brought the lawsuit and even though the judge was appointed by George W. Bush it sounds like he was fairly liberal. It just puts America that much more at risk.

Some of the liberal judges haven't even read the Constitution IMHO. Or just read it and adapted it to their socialist i***tology. I guess we should just drop entry and exit screening and then identify the terrorists in the wreckage. I don't fly much anymore, so it doesn't bother me.

All I had to see was Nihad Awad. Sorry, I can't be objective about this.
